Okay, the first thing to say about this is that this story is going to be an experiment I'm trying out. I do have another multiverse viewing story but I'm making this to test out how it could work. The number of universes are also going to be limited as the main ones I know you want to see are saved for right now.

But it doesn't mean that it will be bad for all intents and purposes. Like the last one, I'm going to reveal the other universes that will be viewed in the next chapter but this is just for small info. Speaking of which, I guess it's time to reveal what is going on right now within the story.

So, why Izuku has BlackWhip and Float is due to him unlocking Full Cowl during the Sports Festival. BlackWhip was unlocked during the I-Island event while he gained Float during the Overhaul Raid. It even allowed for events like Nighteye's death being prevented but he lost his quirk in the process.

As for Himiko, she would be caught during the raid but is placed in a rehabilitation program. The main reason was due to how mush she cares for Izuku and how he saw himself in her place. Not just that but he would even offer Himiko his blood to drink which made the cute fanged girl fall for him more.

Then there is the case of Shoko Todoroki but I'm not going to reveal when she comes into place. I know that some of you want an answer as to why but everything will be revealed later on in the story. As for the ages of the others, Rumi is going to be 23 while Nemuri is 27 and Shino is 26 (Tomoko and Pixie are 25).

With all of that said, the placement for this story is just before the school festival. Eri can smile but only a little bit due to how she's slowly getting over Overhaul and what he had done to her. Additionally, she also sees Izuku as her papa while Kota has seen him as his dad ever since the attack.

The other ships that I have used in most of my stories are still there but not as much as usual. However, I will sprinkle in these moment during any parts of the universe or the main story too. Now, here are going to be the other relationships that are part of the main story.
