The students with a blue crest began cheering and clapping and she stared at them in confusion.
"Ravenclaw students, meet miss RavenClaw." Albus said. A few of the students around the room began giving her quizzical looks as a couple of the teachers smirked or scoffed, it wasn't very original but they understood. Petunia took Raven's arm and led her to the table and sat her down next to the two girls who were playing with magic earlier.
"Countessa and Crystal will show you the ropes." Petunia instructed giving the two brunettes a look before walking back to the teachers table.

One of the brunettes turned to her and smirked slightly.
"Hey there, I'm Countessa. But you can call me Tessa." She said, Raven nodded and the girl next to her leant across.
"And I'm Crystal!" She beamed, Raven blinked and nodded again.
"Dismissed."
Everyone began moving out however Countessa and Crystal waited until most had left. Crystal turned to Raven and smiled linking her arm with Raven's.
"Welcome to Hogwarts!" She said smiling, "you're going to love it here. So where are you from?" She asked, Raven opened her mouth and closed it quickly, Tessa raised her eyebrow and kept walking next to her. "Ravenclaw? It's also fascinating that your name is one of the founders, are you related?" She added, Tessa rolled her eyes.
"Read the room Chris." She hissed, Crystal glanced at Tessa before back at Raven, her eyes widened in surprise and she squeezed Raven's arm.
"Oh I'm sorry!"
"No it's okay... it's just I can't really answer your questions I have no memory of anything." She answered quietly, the two brunettes eyes widened in surprise.
"Oh, well I'm sure we can help you figure it out. Don't worry." Crystal said, Tessa nodded.
"First things first, lets introduce you to the school and our room. Then we'll find your memories. Magic is quite useful here." She said giving a wink to Raven, who gave a small smile in return as the two brunettes led her through the grounds of the school.

The three girls left the great hall and led Raven to the moving stairs. Raven's eyes widened in surprise as she stared at the stairs moving.
"I know right, weird!" Crystal mused, she gestured to the stairs, "so they just move on their own so be careful when on them." She explained and Tessa pulled Raven along as she gawped at the stairs still.
"But how is it doing that?" Raven asked, Crystal followed behind and held up her hands and wiggled her fingers.
"Mmaagic." She said in a spooky voice with a grin.

The girls continued on their journey and led Raven through several different locations of the school. Raven was in awe of the school, but something didn't sit right with her as the girls explained to her what each location was. They led her to the dorm rooms, which would be her new home until her memories returned. They showed her the classrooms Raven  would be attending, while passing the potions room, Tessa went into excited detail about all of the different potions that they could brew. Lastly the two girls took Raven to the quidditch pitch, which was a vast field surrounded by shockingly high stands.

"Okay guys, it's getting quite late. We should head back." Crystal murmured, Tessa turned to her with a smirk on her ruby red lips. "I know that look Tess. We aren't meant to be out after hours. I'm not getting in trouble with you again." Crystal huffed, Tessa shrugged her shoulders and cocked her head to the side. Crystal shook her head and smiled at Raven. "Good luck. See you later." And with that Crystal hurried off, leaving Tessa and Raven to continue their after hours tour.

The two girls rounded the corner and bumped into something hard. They took a step back and a voice snapped them to attention.
"And where do you think you're going?" A voice said sternly from in front of the two girls. Raven tensed and Tessa pursed her lips together.
"Should have used the map..." she murmured under her breath before turning around. "Hi professor Carter." She said sweetly, Raven turned around and stared up at the taller male. He had a strong stern looking face, framed by his raven black hair as he glared at her with his dark blue eyes. He stood tall in his long dark robes, his arms crossed. The long time, potion masters eyes flickered between the two of them as he pondered the millions of excuses he was about to hear.

"So what" he began before letting the air fill with a long silence "are you two doing out of bed?" He said putting great emphasis on the bed. Raven glanced to Tessa who sighed and smiled sweetly.
"What are you doing out this late?" Tessa mused countering his question, Carter rolled his eyes as Tessa gave him a cheeky grin, she took Raven's hand in hers and began dragging her with her.
"It won't happen again professor." She said, Raven glanced back at Snape and he sighed.
"Miss Ravenclaw... try to keep Countessa in line."
Raven nodded as Tessa snorted and began to run with Raven in tow. The two made it back to their room and Tessa flopped onto her bed as Raven sighed and sat down on her own bed.
"We were really lucky Tessa." Raven mumbled, Tessa opened her eyes and sat up.
"I promise you, we were fine. Carter Jones, is many things but he isn't as bad as Gryffindors and Hufflepuffs make him out to be." She gave Raven a smile and snuggled into her covers. "You should get some sleep you've got a big day ahead of you tomorrow, night Raven and welcome to Hogwarts." Tessa said, Raven clambered into bed and curled up as the candles slowly dimmed and she was left in darkness. She sighed and closed her eyes, falling into a dreamless sleep.
