"Skye! Come on it's time for training!" yelled Ward from the gym, agitated that his rookie had still not shown up for the morning's training session.

"I'm coming, I'm coming! Geez!" she replied from the lab, storming through the doors and rolling her eyes as she walked up to him.

"What are you three doing in there?" said Ward as he eyed her suspiciously.

"Nothing," said Skye at the same time FitzSimmons said, "trying to hack-"

Skye's eyes went wide as she interrupted the two scientists and grabbed Ward's arm, leading him away from Fitz and Simmons, "we were doing absolutely nothing." She released her SO's arm once they were back on the mats. She finished wrapping her hands and shoved them in Ward's direction. He grabbed her hands and gently corrected her wrappings.

"I know you're a hacker, Skye," Ward chastised her gently, "but now that you're with S.H.I.E.L.D, you could get in a lot of trouble for hacking certain sites without permission from your superiors, and since you're a few minutes late, 5 pull ups and then you can start on the bag."

"You're so much fun," she said sarcastically, as she walked over to the pull-up bar.

"Part of my charm," he smirked slightly.

"Did you just make a joke?!"

"What? No... I just... No," he stated firmly after grasping at straws for an answer.

She laughed, "don't worry, I won't tell anyone."

"What is this place?"

"I call it the TARDIS," said the Doctor, "Time And Relative Dimension In Space. It's a time machine that travels to other planets, galaxies, and universes."

"So," started Ward, "you're an alien?"

"He is," said Rose nonchalantly as she pointed at the Doctor with her thumb,  "he's the last of his species, he's called a Time Lord, but I'm a human just like you."

Ward sat down, "well good to know, I guess."

"Why don't I get you a proper place to sleep," said the Doctor, " Rose, can you please hold this button down?" He motioned to Rose and pointed to a large blue button. He then started down a corridor. After a few minutes down the TARDIS' maze of hallways, the Doctor spoke up, "Okay! Here's your room! Come back down when you feel well rested."

"Thank you doctor, really. Even though I've only known you for a few hours, you've already changed my life by saving me from Garrett. So thank you."

"All in a day's work," said the Doctor with a smile.

Ward awoke about two hours later and ran down to the control room where Rose and the Doctor were, when he heard the blaring of the alarms.

"The TARDIS is out of control!"

"Well what can we do to fix it Doctor?"

"Anything I can do to help guys?" asked Grant from the doorway.

"Strap yourself to one of the seats," ordered Rose as she pointed to a few chairs with seat belts on them. All of the sudden the lights went out and all of the noises stopped. "Doctor what just happened?" asked Rose.

"The time vortex. It's gone," he commented, flabbergasted.

"You can fix it right?"

"Nothing to fix, we just... fell out of the time vortex. Can't get back in. We could be trapped in the middle of nowhere."

"Or we could be trapped in the middle of London," said Grant with his head sticking out of the TARDIS door.

"Why London?" the Doctor asked as he ran to the door.

"I don't know, but why is there a robot arm on the ground?"

"A what?!" the Doctor yelled as he ran out of the TARDIS, "it's a Cyberman arm, we're not in London."

"Ooh! Are we in a parallel world?" asked Rose excitedly. 

"Yes," said the Doctor as he picked up the arm to examine it, "but we're in a parallel world with Cybermen. That's not good."

"Well I don't know what a Cyberman is," said Grant from the street, "but I don't think they're here anymore," he held up a newspaper, "it says the Battle of London is finally over."

"So we're in a parallel world where there are no longer Cybermen?" asked Rose.

"Apparently."

"Oh! Hello sweetie! What's your name?" said Rose.

The three of them had been so busy trying to figure out what was going on that they didn't notice the girl who had just seen the TARDIS appear out of thin air. "You...just...how? That was amazing! Oh, and my name is Jemma Simmons. It's lovely to meet you." she said with a smile.
