"Mission briefing in ten," Coulson's voice sounded over the intercom. All the agents, Skye, and Rose, quickly ran into the briefing room, anxious for a mission. It had been too long since their last one.

"This mainly concerns Rose," started Coulson once everyone had arrived, "when you were at Operations academy, May and I left for a moment to go to SciTech. The top scientists found a way to get Rose home."

"Did they really?" asked Rose with hope in her voice as she looked up at Coulson.

Coulson smiled at her, "they did."

"That's wonderful news!" she exclaimed, excited to be able to get to the Doctor again, but not wanting to get her hopes too high.

"No problem," Coulson smiled at her. "The SciTech students have the portal ready for you. You can go home any time you like."

"I can't wait!" A grin broke across her face, unable to contain her happiness at the thought of being reunited with the Doctor again. Her smile soon faded, "can we make it next week? I want a chance to say goodbye to everyone first."

Coulson smiled at her with a hint of sadness in his eyes, "Sure, I'll tell Fury."

"I can't believe that you're leaving," said Skye when she, Rose, and Jemma were in Rose's bunk, "I'm really happy for you, that you get to see the Doctor again, but I'm sad that you're leaving."

"Me too," said Jemma.

"I know, I'm really sad to leave you guys, but I can't help the excitement of seeing the Doctor again," Rose smiled sadly, yet also bursting at the seams with joy. She was full of mixed emotions.

"We're so happy for you," said Skye with a small smile as she rested her hand on Rose's knee.

"If you're going to be in a parallel world, does this mean that we can't even keep in contact anymore?" asked Jemma, furrowing her brow in confusion.

"I'm afraid so," Rose nodded solemnly.

"Well that just made this even more sad," said Skye as she started to tear up.

"I just want you to know," said Rose, "that I have had some of the most fun I've ever had in my life with you guys, and even though we've only known each other for a few months, you both are like my sisters."

"Now you're making ME cry," said Jemma as she and Skye both hugged Rose.

"Ready to do this?" Coulson asked as he turned to Rose.

"Yes sir! Ready to see the Doctor again!" she grinned.

"Good," he smiled at her, "Rose," he then extended his hand out to her, "it's been an absolute pleasure."

She took the offered hand, "the honor was mine, Agent Coulson, thank you for everything you've done for me."

"It was the least I could do after everything you've done for Grant."

"Well that was hardly me, but you're welcome," she smiled as he let her go.

Skye, FitzSimmons, May, and Ward came running up to them, "are we too late?" asked Skye.

"No, but she is leaving soon," said Coulson.

Skye ran to Rose and hugged her tight, "I'm gonna miss you so much Rose, tell the Doctor that I say hi. Even though I've never met him before."

"I'll miss you too Skye," said Rose, returning the hug as she chuckled at her friend.

"I'll miss you too. So much. I can't believe I got to see you again, though," said Jemma when it was her turn to say goodbye to Rose.

"I never thought I'd see you again either. I'll miss you so so much Jemma."

May stepped up and shook her hand, "Been a pleasure."

Rose took her hand, "It certainly has, goodbye, Agent May."

May smiled at her.

Fitz came up to her and hugged her, "bye Rose."

"Bye Fitz."

Grant was last, he hugged her tightly,

"I never thought I'd see you again. I just wanted to thank you for bringing me here. Who knows who I would've turned out to be if you and the Doctor hadn't shown up. Tell him I say hi, by the way. I'll miss you Rosie, goodbye.

"You're so very welcome Grant, it was lovely to see you again. I'll miss you, Skye, and Jemma, the most I think. Don't tell the others," she grinned in a joking manner before pulling away, "goodbye."

Grant stepped away from her and stood with his team as they all watched Rose look back at them with a small wave and jump into the portal that the SciTech students and professors had been working on.

"I can't believe she's gone already," said Skye, sadly.
