Bio: Lucio is the former count of Vesuvia as well as the originator of the Red Plague and the ex-husband of Countess Nadia. He wasn't very much liked in the six years he was married to Nadia, or even before that. He had a checkered past, in that he couldn't fend for himself to save his life and resorted to patricide in order to gain power. But his mother saw through that and has been on the hunt for him ever since.
