The Kingdom of The Mermaids

Haiyang: There! No there! There! Idiots!

Gaziran & Voda: (clueless) Uh, what's wrong.

Haiyang: I'm trying to pick a dress that'll hide these hideous things!

Voda: Oh, those things that replaced the tail taken by that hideous beast Bestanden!?

Haiyang: (calmly) Didn't I tell you... (screaming) NOT TO MENTION THAT!

 Voda: Sorry, Miss.

Haiyang: At least he didn't take away my ability to breath under water, we seriously have to get rid of him and get my tail back! I can't swim as fast as I used to and I can barely-

Evelyn: (voiceover) We will if you work together with us!

Haiyang: (looks up) Is it that girl who wanted me to journey through these woods with her?

Gaziran: Yep.

Haiyang: There are two others with her who I can barely make out. Swim up and see what she wants.

 Gaziran: Yes, Miss.

(lights go out and it transitions to the surface)

Gaziran: What is it that you want?

Voda: The Mistress doesn't want to talk to you right now.

Evelyn: The Mistress?

Gaziran: Yes, she is the heiress to her father's fortune.

Voda: More money than you could possibly think of! She owns almost everything in the Underwater Kingdom.

Gaziran: She could even buy your tiny town of Valliea!

(Redmond, Evelyn, and Dean look at each other)

Evelyn: Well, we have a proposition for your... mistress.

Redmond: It's an offer she could never refuse!

Gaziran: I don't believe she'd be interested.

Dean: In that case, I guess we'd better ask someone else who wants all of those jewels and chalices. C'mon guys.

Voda: Wait! Wait! Let us speak with her first. (exits with Gaziran)

(scene shifts back to underwater)

Gaziran: Miss, they've given you an offer that you can't refuse.

Haiyang: I don't want anything those disgusting humanoids have to offer.

Voda: What if they offered a new kingdom full of land gems and human chalices.

Haiyang: (becoming interested) That's ridiculous! They wouldn't be so foolish to- Wait! They're human! They are foolish enough to give me their riches just to get rid of a stupid monster! Plus, a new kingdom! I'll not only be the richest, but I'll be the ruler! I'll do it!

(shifts again)

Evelyn: What are you talking about? We don't have any jewels or chalices?

Dean: When Directer took over Valliea, he took all of the gems and such to keep for himself, making Valliea poor. It was in a locked room, but I snuck in when one of the guards was asleep, stole the keys, and took as much as I could carry.

Evelyn: Is that how you got this pendant for me? How sweet!

Redmond: Whatever Queen!

Dean: It's Dean! Shh! They're back!

Haiyang: I don't know how you did it, but you've convinced me to help you get rid of the monster for all your riches- I mean...the greater good!

Redmond: You just want the gold, don't you?

Haiyang: No! ... Yeah! But I do want my tail back! And your little town to rule over!

Dean: Woah! Woah! Woah! We never said anything about you ruling anything! We'll get you your tail and your jewels, but that's it!

Haiyang: Fine! But every last piece!

Dean: I'll see what I can do.

Haiyang: Wait. What do you three get out of this? Why do you need my help?

Evelyn: We need your magic and army to help defeat Directer.

Haiyang: Alright, let's go get my tail back!
