Third POV

Dazai was anxious, his thoughts were full of negativity. An hour passed and Mori was finally out of the room, but his eyes were solemn which made Dazai’s heart sink. “I’m sorry Dazai-kun but…” He avoided Dazai’s gaze.

Dazai’s eyes became lifeless, he couldn’t help but be furious at Mori. “HOW COULD YOU?!!” He exclaimed as he grabbed Mori’s collar, it was useless to use Mori’s ability because of the physical touch. “IF IT WEREN’T FOR YOU STOPPING ME! THIS COULDN’T HAVE HAPPEN!!” Dazai yelled at Mori, for the first time, Mori felt fear, who knows what this intelligent brunette will do. Dazai grabbed a gun and pointed at Mori. “I DON’T CARE OF THE RULES ANYMORE!! I WILL LEAVE THIS PLACE WHETHER YOU LIKE IT OR NOT!”

Dazai shot him many times, tears keep falling from sorrow and grief. When the ammo of the gun runout he let go of Mori’s collar which made the man slumped on the wall, yet, Mori only chuckled. “To think that you will betray me this way Dazai-kun… you will and never will be going to live a life you wanted.” Mori muttered but Dazai only glared. “I. Will. Never. Betray. Sensei’s words.” He said as he left the man to bleed.

“You’re not the light, nor you are a darkness… what I saw in you is completely mix of both. You choose what you want to choose, you do what you want to do no matter what, yet… you still couldn’t find that will of living you always mentioned.”

“Promise me Osamu, not me as your sensei and not you as my student… promise me that no matter what, you will leave the Port Mafia and seek justice to those villains and live without regret. That way, you will find the true meaning of what we call life.”

‘Sensei… you are already my will to live yet why did you left me…’ Dazai broke down after he was far away from the headquarter of the port mafia.

“Sensei, what do you want to do when you will be free from the port mafia’s hands?”

“Well… I wanted to see them again…”

“Them?”

“My friends! And probably will apply for the ADA, I’m sure they will accept me because I have no ill intentions towards them. What about you?”

“I will marry this one girl that caught my interest!”

“*Choked*”

“SENSEI?!”

“MARRY WHO NOW?!?!”
