Mr. Tweak
Me and my wife had walked into our son's room to see what him and his friend were up to. They were probably fine but a parent had to know. It had been pretty late into the night, after all and the two boys never ate dinner.
"Boys?" Ms. Tweek had asked as we first caught a glimpse of them. The tv had still been on, so it provided light for us to see the boys.
What we saw as we walked up to the bed was our son and his presumed friend fast asleep, snuggling each other. My wife had put her hands up to her mouth and smiled brightly.
She awed quietly, "Our little boy has a boyfriend."
I smiled at the two in awe, which made me remember something, "You know what that means."
She sighed and recalled the bet we had placed years ago, "Oh, alright." She handed me over a $20 bill.
"I was right," I said, taking the money. "Our son would find love here."
"Ugh, whatever, " She groaned and walked up to the tv, turning it off. "I'm just glad our son is happy."
Tweek
November 9th, 8:23am. Saturday.
I had awoken that morning with all memories from last night still needing to sink in. I opened my eyes to see that I hadn't been alone on my bed. No, I had been clinging onto someone's arm. I felt my anxiety kick in as I realized it had been Craig sleeping beside me.
"AH!" I shrieked as I let go of him and fell backwards, tumbling off of the bed.
I heard Craig groan. I assumed he was awake. "Ugh...what?" He paused and seemed to feel unsettled when he saw I wasn't next to him, "Tweek?" He asked sleepily.
I stood up from off the ground, a blushing mess, and looked at him. "Um, m-morning, Craig."
"Good morning." He responded back.
There was an awkward silence.
Craig raised a brow, "You weirdo, why were you on the floor?"
I blushed, "I-I freaked out, I guess." I twitched.
"Spaz." He said as he grabbed my hand, pulling me back onto the bed next to him.
"GAH!" I shrieked as Craig hugged me, not really saying a word. "W-What are you doing!?"
"I'm tired." He simply said.
I struggled to get the words out. "I-I didn't -nngh- realize you were so affectionate."
"Only in the mornings."
We stayed like that for a couple minutes just holding each other, taking in the comfortable silence. I had no idea what was happening. Most bros don't cuddle like this, right!? What did this mean!? GAH!
"W-We have a strange friendship." I said hesitantly. He chuckled in response.
"We do." He said, "I honestly wouldn't be doing this with any of my other friends."
I blushed, "What makes me so special?"
"I don't know." He pondered. "Maybe because you're such cuddle material."
"Gah!" I screamed, "Th-This is gay! Agh!"
"You're right. What the fuck are we doing?"
---
"Oh, Craig. It will be so much fun having you over!" My mom said happily as she handed us breakfast.
"Mom!" I shouted in embarrassment. My mom giggled.
"Sorry, sweetie." She said, "I guess I'll try not to embarrass you too much in front of your boyfriend."
Did....
Did she just call Craig my boyfriend?
I blushed like crazy. "B-Boyfriend? GAH! Mom, we just became friends, like, a week ago."
"Yeah, we're not a thing." Craig said simply. He didn't seem to be effected by what my mom had assumed, unlike me.
She raised a brow, "Oh, you two are so silly!" She said happily, "Just admit you're a thing, me and your father already know."
Me and Craig exchanged an awkward look. What was she talking about?
"Well, me and your father have to go down to the coffee shop now, Tweek. You can have a day off today to spend time with your friend. Sound good?"
I nodded frantically as my mom said her goodbyes and walked out the door.
I groaned in agony and let my face fall onto the table. "Ugh! I'm so sorry about my parents, Craig! They can be weird sometimes."
Craig leaned back in his seat. "It's fine. I really don't mind, I'm just glad they were nice enough to let me stay."
I lifted my head back off the table, "Oh yeah." I said. "So...what do you want to do today?"
Craig pondered the question, "I kind of want to get out of the house. Just to get away from my parents for a while. They do live next door, after all." He said with a sigh. I nodded understandingly.
"Okay. Should we go to the movies or something?"
He shrugged, "Sure."

Me and my friend had been standing outside of the theater, leaning against the outside of it. We were both on or phones. I was looking at movies that were showing soon while Craig had been texting Clyde.
"This movie looks good." I said as I looked down at my phone. I had found a movie that had peaked my interest.
"Which one?" Craig asked as he leaned over to look at my phone.
I twitched, "The Greatest Showman." I said,
"That's gay."
I looked up with my eyebrows furrowed and said quietly, "Craig, we're gay."
"Oh yeah." He said with a pause, "When does it show?"
I glanced back down and hummed, looking its next showing, "10:30." I answered, "That gives us twenty minutes. We should head in there now."
"Good idea."
Me and Craig had bought our tickets and walked into the theater. After buying popcorn, two drinks, and, like, six boxes of candy, we were off to where the movie was going to be shown. We grabbed our seats which had been towards the middle and that's when I began to think...do other guys go to movies like this? Like, in a friendly sense? Probably, but for some reason I just had to think about it.
Me and Craig started small-talk as the commercials showed but that's when I heard a voice call out to me, "Tweek! Craig!"
I jumped and spun around to face the familiar person. It had been Butters with Kenny trailing behind him.
"Gah! Butters? H-How did you two know that me and Craig would be here?" I asked as the two sat down next to us.
"We didn't!" Butters explained. "Me and Ken just wanted to go to the movies together."
"The exact same movie that we're seeing at the exact same theater we're at?" Craig asked suspiciously, "That's suspicious."
"Small world. Actually, Leo had wanted to see this movie for a while." Leo? "So I decided it would make a perfect date." Kenny had grabbed Butter's hand, resulting in him blushing.
I smiled, "You're dating?" I mentally celebrated . I had secretly shipped them since we first met but I think basically everyone has. "That's great! I'm proud of you, Butters."
The shorter boy awkwardly rubbed his neck, "Gee, thanks, pal." He said bashfully, taking his hand back down, "Are you two a thing too?"
Craig sighed. "No! Why is everyone suspecting us? We are literally just friends hanging out! That's it!"
Kenny grinned at us, "Well, it's probably because you two have been, like, really close all of the sudden and are always seen together now. I'm pretty sure everyone knows about you two by now so you don't have to hide it."
I mentally face-palmed. I was starting to feel my face heat up. "We're just two bros and we're not gay for each other, okay?"
"Fine." Butters said, rolling his eyes, "Hey, uh, Tweek. Can I talk to you for a minute?"
"Um, sure."
Me and my friend had walked out of the theater for a brief talk about...whatever he wanted to tell me. I was nervous, I mean...we hadn't really talked in a while! GAH! What if he hates me!? No! This is way too much pressure!
"Hey, fella. It's been a while since we hung out so, uh, mind catching me up on everything?" He asked awkwardly. He looked really perplexed.
"What do you mean?" I asked.
"I'm just confused as to why you and Craig are 'best friends' now. What happened? Didn't he hate you? Isn't he a homophobe?" He looked at the ground and twiddled his thumbs. "I mean, you told us all that he was fine now and had him sit with us but I feel like there's a big gap in the middle. What happened, exactly? Why is Craig all different all of the sudden?"
Oh yeah. I guess I hadn't told anyone else the full story of what happened. I kind of feel like an idiot now...
I twitched, "Oh, sorry! I've just been busy and forgot to tell you all, I guess." I said. I sighed, ready to tell him the full story. "So...to start, umm...remember Token's party last weekend?"
Butters nodded, "What about it?"
"Well, as you know, we had been paired together for seven minutes in heaven and he had been...really drunk. Uh, so drunk that he was all over me." I began to turn red at the thought of that night.
"Whoa, really!?" Gasped Butters, "So that photograph wasn't forged?"
I awkwardly chuckled and looked to the right, "No, that was real, unfortunately. Anyway...I confronted him about it later when he was sober. We kind of fought for a bit and I guess I said something that caused him to stop bullying me and just embrace that he's gay. He came out to me later and we just kind of talked for a bit and became friends."
He took a second to take it all in. "And you're sure he's not faking it just to get on your good side and do something bad?"
I sighed, "I don't know if I should be saying this but...this isn't fake, Butters. Last night he knocked at my door with all his stuff. He said his parents had kicked him out and he needed some place to stay. It wasn't fake, Butters. He cried into my shoulder. I could see the pain in his eyes, you can't fake that." I explained. I may regret telling him that later. It might have been to personal.
I could see how empathetic he had looked after I explained that, "Wow. I feel bad for doubting him. I guess he really has changed, huh? I feel bad..." He trialed off.
I nodded, "I agree. Just...don't tell anyone that last part, okay? I think it's a bit too personal to share with everyone."
Butters looked as if he understood, "Okay, I won't tell."
We had walked back into the theater together and got back to our seats. I smiled at Craig as I sat back down in my chair.
"What did he want to talk to you about?" Asked Craig.
"He just wanted to catch up with me. We haven't really talked in a while." I explained.
"Oh, okay."
The movie had started about five minutes later. We sat in silence, occasionally laughing as we snacked on our candy. Whenever there had been a cheerful scene, I'd look over at Craig, smiling, because I knew he would be smiling too. And I never wanted to miss it. Gosh, I loved his smile. I didn't know why but the way someone can be so careless and intimidating could be smiling out of pure happiness really got to me. I loved this side of Craig and I was so happy I have been here to see it.

"Bye, Kenny! Bye, Butters!" I shouted at my friends with a wave as I walked with Craig to get back home.
I was smiling brightly, "Oh my gosh, that movie was so good!" I squealed.
Craig chuckled, "Yeah, I liked it too." He admitted, "The music was really good."
I turned to face him. "Yes! The songs were beautiful! Ack! All the actors were so talented, too!" I continued to ramble on about how great the movie was. There were so many great aspects about it, I just had to talk about them! I couldn't stop! "...And isn't that just amazing?"
I heard Craig mumble something under his breath.
"What was that?"
"Ah, nothing."
Craig
"God, he's so cute." I mumbled as Tweek went on and on about the greatness of The Greatest Showman.
"What was that?" Tweek asked. I immediately regretted saying what I said.
"Ah, nothing." I responded with.
Why did I feel this way around Tweek? So warm, so happy. I didn't normally feel anything close to this around other people. Maybe that's because I really don't give a shit about anyone else. But why did I feel something with Tweek? It didn't make sense. Maybe I was going insane? Who knows.
