Everything was covered in blood.

The smile danced on his face as he held onto his sword like it depended on him. As Maeron Targaryen stood by his twin brother side Daemon Targaryen since they were both born they were glued to each other or two peas in a pod. They always had each other's backs even if one of them was wrong.

Till one day that all changed for Maeron as the rumor that flew through the wind caught people's attention that Maeron Targaryen was just like Daemon Targaryen a scoundrel. Maybe because he was unusually much more cruel when it came to war and protecting his family but he wasn't cruel to the people he was close to. Or the punishment he gives to people if they ever betrayed his family.

But people thought he was unfaithful to his wife as their marriage was nothing but love. They wouldn't display in public as they both loved to keep it in their private time. Till one day his wife passed away while giving birth to their child. The child didn't survive either as they passed away the same day. After a couple of hours since they were born.

Leaving a grieving Maeron Targaryen to shut himself out of the world. As people started to create more rumors that burned into people's head thinking everything that heard about him was true.

Till one day he arrived back in King's Landing seeing his niece Rheanyra Targaryen again.

As a familiar feeling he hasn't felt for a long time came back to him.

Thank you for ivaryswpd for letting me write this beautiful plot of yours. It was honestly really smart of you to use Arthur (Bradly James) for Maeron Targaryen sometime I wonder why I didn't thought of that but anyway is anyone excited for Season two of hotd. I am sort of lol well not a whole lot since I saw the leak praying for most of them not to become true.

I will be honest I haven't read the books but I love doing my research about it and if they are adding a Alicent Hightower and Criston Cole smut scene during blood & cheese. I will not be following the show storyline anymore and go take out my cash and buy the books. LIKE NO ONE ASKED FOR THAT SCENE. NO ONE DID. Praying for it not to become true. Anyway I hope you enjoy this story as I will try to update this book every week same with the rest.
