Unknown Latin paired with orange colored skys.

"I Just Have To Say It Once. You Just Need To Hear It. I Love You, Elena. And it's because I love you, I can be selfish with you," – Damon I need to re-watch TVD from next week Salvatore. (Just when I thought that elijha was the king of swoon worthy quotes, Damon walks in and steals the crown and my nonexistent heart)

"So, are you planning on telling me about how you ran away from visigard and why, or should I just confront you about it tomorrow?" Caroline asked Nora. Caroline was staring at the roof and playing with her blonde hair as she laid down in her bed.

"How do you know that I'm from visigard?" she questioned Caroline back, her gaze fixed towards Caroline.

"Observed it. Your apparently not stolen bracelet is of the silver diamond, the ones that were found only underneath the extinct silver wood trees so they must be expensive, and omega doesn't export anything from visigard. And you are obviously not from here, Volldar Because only a rich fool would rest near a dead-end," Caroline explained her side to Nora, and Nora was a bit shocked by how accurate it was.

She tried to hide the faint cold feeling that crept up her spine by putting on a fake calm face.

"So, explain a bit more, will you?" Caroline asked her out of curiosity.

"Well, my birth mother was from omega, I don't know that much about my dad but I know that he was from visigard. I was born in visigard and my mother is from a good family in visigard," Nora told her with hesitation, her voice breaking sometimes, especially when talking about her mother.

"And that's where the bracelet is from! You got it from you're mom, or stole it and ran," Caroline said with a smile as she sat up against the wall and did a victory wave.

"Yeah, it was supposedly passed down from generation to generation," Nora told her with a sigh as she sat up against the wall as well, her mind drifting towards her homeland, visigard. Visigard was the biggest land of all three, it was where everything good was for the rich families, while the peasants would consider themselves lucky to drink water once a day.

Visigard was where hundreds of castles filled with gold stood, where every day you could see the sky with blood-red stars while you laid your back on the grass softer than foam beds, but, also where technology thrived.

And that wasn't a good thing. People would go mad in search of supernatural creatures, searching for a way to escape the same technology that they once wanted. Visigard was where Eleanor mainly resided, where seven main families were in control of all technology made and Eleanor and her bastard daughter were one of the families.

There wasn't one recorded day in visigard where the blood of the innocent where spilled, there wasn't one day where the moon's rays weren't the only source of light for the poor, but all felt fair while you laid your head down on the same grass with edges of blood, all was fair while you stared at the stars which very well could be just holograms, all was fair while in visigard.

"Wait, unless you are from one of the seven families, you couldn't have access to exported things. And even then, only three of them could afford to spend money on Omegan jewelry," Caroline had some doubts about Nora's backstory.

"What's your last name?" Caroline asked her in suspicion, her blue eyes staring into Nora's eyes.

"A question for a question, tell me about your blood," Nora countered her question as she leaned her head against the wall.

"Fine then. My name's Caroline Zeta, my mother was a part of a clan from Volldar, my dad is the leader of the clan. Now, tell me your last name," Caroline asked her.

The top three families were the medicis, who was Eleanor, and her daughter. The Serafine, the woman only clan who were mainly known for their herbs and weapons and the lockwoods, the family that was known for their technology.

Nora couldn't be a Medici, Eleanor kept her daughter under protection all the time, or least she heard. She could be a Serafine, but all the members of the Serafine family had glowing long hair, those were the main features of them.

And she didn't look like a Lockwood because they were obsessed with keeping their bloodline sacred, sacred as in they wouldn't let anyone from their family keep their bloodline exactly identical as them, and their features included pitch-black eyes, either black or pale blonde hair and a scar on their neck as a birthmark.

"Fucking hell," Caroline groaned as the realization hit her. She rubbed her temples as she laid back down on her spot.

The bar remained silent, no one dared to utter a single word. Raven turned her head to observe the woman who was threatening them, the woman in beige brown clothes, a hoodie like a scarf covering parts of her face, and her bushy black hair. The woman looked at them and tightened her grip on the stake, ignoring the stinging pain in her arm filled with scars.

"Listen to us, just hand us the silver wood stakes and we'll not hurt you," Kai suggested as he lowered his half of the stake and raven observed the woman, trying to remember where she last saw her. Raven's eyes went towards the silver wood stakes, one of the most expensive and rare weapons to ever exist.

There were only seven of them ever made before the only silver wood tree was burnt to ashes. They were also the one weapon that could kill any type of supernatural being, making them a superweapon. The legend was that each one of the seven families had one, but then a sly thief stole it ages ago and they've been passed down from generation to generation of the not so fortunate families of visigard.

Raven turned to face the woman and held her top part of the half-broken stake as tightly as she could without stabbing herself with it. She observed her broken half of the stake, the white silver wood giving off a slight glow, it's dagger shape edge and the words inscribed on it in blood red.

"Aaliyah, I never thought I would see you again," Raven remembered who she was.

"Raven Smith, only one of her kind. Fight me if you will, but I'm just the messenger," Aaliyah explained as she bent down and picked up a white circular object through her bag.

The object looked like a compact, but it was pale white and had blue words and lines all over it. Aaliyah stepped back as she touched the blue lines on it and chanted words in languages raven didn't know of.

"Summum Salvatorem nostrum et Omnia," Aaliyah chanted as she threw the circular object into the air. The object stopped right above Aaliyah's height and opened up, revealing a hologram platform. A neon Blue light was spread over the distance between Raven, Kai, and Aaliyah.

And then, the circular object fell to the ground as the hologram appeared. It was the same woman that they had encountered earlier. The blue hologram woman looked real as if she was just standing there in front of them. But she wasn't.

"Kai, as you've passed your seventeen birthday, the ceremony is nearing. We are kindly request you to accept our little gift for your appearance at the ceremony, where you'll have faith and gladly be reborn.

Of course, if you don't want to appear, we have other ways to persuade you but we hope that we don't have to use those ways. Your mother waits for your arrival, don't be late," the woman announced with a fake smile as she blew a kiss and the hologram disappeared. The object then closed back and flew upwards, but then, it started to give out smoke.

"The hell are we waiting for? Run!" kai exclaimed as he grabbed Raven's hand and ran to the exit, understanding that the object would blow up.

"The stakes!" Raven told out loud with a Laugh. as they reached a small distance from the bar.

For a moment there, it seemed like everything had stopped for a moment, where the bartender running outside through the backdoor with the waiter didn't exist, where the bar blowing up from behind had stopped, where the only things that existed were Raven and Kai.

"Who knew that blowing them up was way more enjoyable than using them," kai told her as he tried to catch his breath.

"I swear that I saw a woman underwater, it's up to you to believe me or not," Jessica told to Sebastian as she stared at the lake outside, still leaning at the wall by Sebastian.

"I do believe you, Jess, I never said I didn't but it could have just been the toxins in the water affecting you," Sebastian suggested as he turned his head towards Jessica.

"No! Seriously. I was drowning deeper and deeper and then this orange glowing haired woman touched my shoulder and I could swim again?" Jessica tried to convince herself, she started to actually think about what had happened and it could very well have been the toxins affecting her.

"Wait, what if I go in the water again? Maybe I can get a good look at her and see if she's real or not," Jessica looked at Sebastian and asked him, to which he gave out a sigh and moved aside.

"We both know that if I say that's it's a bad idea, you'll still do it so this time, it's a good idea. I'll be looking out for you over here and you can swim well so I don't see the problem," Sebastian answered truthfully as Jessica gave a nod and walked towards the edge of the cave, avoiding the broken fairy lights.

The rocky surface of the cave for some reason didn't make it difficult or uncomfortable to walk on it, instead, it was actually enjoyable. The lake from there looked magnificent, the moon's light faintly reflecting over it, the small ripples in the dark water that calmed it, even though the outside of it made it almost impossible for her to see how the lake looked like from the inside, she knew that it could only look better.

She then took a deep breath and stepped back, preparing herself for the dive. She dropped the jacket as she ran towards the lake and swiftly dived into it with her eyes open, looking for any signs of light. Falling into the lake felt amazing, the sounds of water splashing upwards, the impact inside.

And this time, she could actually see how the lake was on the inside. The last time when she was in it, she didn't focus on its scenery but this time she did. Everything was transparent, she could see every little red rock at the bottom of the lake, the purple seaweed and some orange corals with them, but there were no fish in the water. But then she saw someone,

Or something. She saw an orange tail swiftly swim through a cave-like hole by the bottom of the lake. She swore that she saw the same glowing hair that she saw before, was it the same woman? Suddenly, she felt the urge to follow the woman. She felt a shot of adrenaline rush through her veins as she tried everything to swim faster.

She reached the hole, the cave entrance hole underwater. There were fairy lights decorating the entrance, lit up fairy lights that she didn't see before. She extended her arm to go inside it but then she felt a touch on her shoulder, a faint lustering touch that made her turn to see who it was immediately.

It was the same woman, the woman with the silk-like flowing hair, the sequined orange tail that was decorated with small underwater flowers, but this time she noticed her eyes, the woman's eyes were glowing, they gave out a faint glow, her sea-green eyes had a glow. The woman's face had concern written all over it, and Jessica wasn't scared, Jessica was enjoying what was happening.

The woman with the mermaid-like tail then did an expression with her hands, pointing towards the cave and shaking her head, and then she looked at the bottom of the lake, the sand filled surface. She swam towards it and then picked up a rock, revealing a small hole underneath it. She put her hand in the hole and then removed a golden scroll from it, then swimming back towards Jessica.

The golden scroll was ancient-looking like it was written ages ago. The woman opened the scroll, showing Jessica the words written on it in red ink.

"The path in front of you is a path of choice, where's there's darkness there'll always be light, the choice, is and will always remain in your hands," the scroll had those words written over it and the woman pointed towards her hands when Jessica looked at her.

Jessica was conflicted, would she dare to take a chance of just swim back to shore?

"Oh fuck it, what's the worse that can happen," she thought as she swam into the underwater entrance. And as she entered the pitch black cave, she heard the entrance shut behind her, and then she noticed the water slowly draining away, and a few seconds later she was standing on the same rocky surface. But only rocky looking, because it felt like she was standing on a silk mattress.

She stretched her arms around, trying to touch the walls of the cave and retain her balance. She just felt numb, she didn't feel the cold air or the warm like feel, it was just numb.

And then as she raised her arms, she saw a flash of colors being blasted upwards to the air from her hands. Neon, almost old firecracker like colored flashes went upwards in the air and started to form different shapes, slowly illuminating the cave.

It was nothing, nothing but a path and a very tall roof. She couldn't believe what she saw, so she tried to again with her left hand. She raised her left hand and acted like she was throwing something into the air and a bright orange shot of colors went upwards into the air through her arms.

And she started to feel the adrenaline in her veins again, bursting through her body and giving her all the energy she could ask for.

She started to walk faster, continuing what ever her hands were doing. There were shapes of all kinds stopped in the air, small blasts of all colors giving just enough light to let her see them but only them. She then felt sand, she felt like she was walking on sand, walking through the soft funny like feeling sand, trying to understand what ever was happening. Her eyes didn't leave the unending roof for even a minute, just looking at those colorful shapes and words and colors through the air. She felt the urge to never leave, she felt her power flowing through her fingertips and the safe atmosphere.

And then, when she was fully in a trance of those colors, as she walked and stepped one more step, she felt the sand stopping. A sharp pain shot up her knee as she was pulled out of that trance and then she saw why the sand had ended.

She was at a cliff. She was just by the edge of the grass filled cliff, just one more move and she'd be gone. Her eyes widened when she realized what she had done, she ventured into something she didn't know of and she took a deep breath, being thankful that she didn't fall. And as she stepped backwards, she felt someone's hands on her shoulder.

And then, the same hands on her shoulder pushed her, just when she thought that she might have been safe.

But what she didn't know was the cave wasn't the only thing that she had ventured into without truly understanding about it, wasn't it everything that she had been doing since she met them? But the cave was the only bad thing that ever happened to her after she met them right?

Who ever said that meeting them was even a good thing? There's a small legend that's told to every kid in iris, the legend is a very old but still true one.

The legend goes that every good thing is followed by a bad one, but no one ever tells anyone what the bad or the good is. Everyone just assumes that the story where the prince saves the princess is a good thing, no one ever takes time to see why or who told them that him saving her was a good thing.

and the part everyone left out of the legend was the part where the fools who dared to question the supposed good fell into their death, while the nobles who never questioned what was fed to them were already the living dead.

Author's note: Ending with a bang again!! So, I apologise for the last chapter, it wasn't the best and was like a filler but this Definitely isn't and I'm proud of it for a change. The weeks going well for me! I'm making graphics, I'm writing and updating weekly. And it's going shitty for me as well because my dumb brother decided to drag me in for a TVD re-watch and I've just been a crying and screaming mess and we're just still in the first episode.
