Jons pov

I was laying on my front lawn, looking up at the clouds, feeling the rain hit my face. "what a nice day out" I whispered to myself. the rain was picking up but I didn't care everything was calm and quiet no one really ever called or texted me since i never showed my face to my friends I guess I was a mystery.

sometimes I didn't even know myself. " hey why are you laying on the wet grass? " a guy asked me. I looked up and I saw a guy with brown eyes, tan skin and jet black hair. The guy was holding an umbrella above me so I wasn't getting wet.

I don't know, I guess it just calms me." I stated " are you the one that put the room renting flyers out?" I got up really quick and I almost slipped on the wet grass to be honest. " oh yeah I was, sorry my names Jonathan or you can call me Jon. "

The guy gave me a warm smile, " I'm Evan, nice to meet you." I returned the smile. " So do you want to see inside, get a good look around." I asked. Evan nodded his head and we started to walk down the sidewalk. "WAIT!" I turned around and I noticed a guy running towards us.

"Are you the guy with the room renting thing?" He held up the flyer. "Yeah I'm the one renting out the room, now I have two guess. This will be fun, lets go look inside shall we?" Both of the guys nodded their heads and we walked inside. Once inside they both gasped in aw, my house was pretty big and I'm sure I could fit a few more people in. I wasn't even sure why I had this huge house to myself.

The guys went around the house and I followed them to make sure nothing got stolen or broken, you can never be to careful. " I like your house." the other guy said." thanks Mr. uhh I never got your name." The guy turned and looked at me while Evan kept looking around. " oh haha my name is Luke" I smiled at the guy. " My name is Jonathan but you can call me Jon for short." I said kindly. " ok now that I know your names , how about we get to the paper work. " I said with a huge smile on my face. I directed them to the living room while I went to go get the paper work. When I came back I dropped the stack of papers in front of them and their eyes widened. " I know its a lot sorry about that , also I hope you guys have a paying job because you will be helping me with the bills." Luke jumped up and was full of excitement. " whoa where did that come from? " I asked " sorry I'm just so excited." I nodded my head and he sat down. " Now you guys can take the papers home and fill everything out there. Or you can come back over tomorrow and fill them out here incase you have any questions."

Evan grabbed his papers and headed for the door, before leaving he said. " I will take these home and fill them out tonight, and I will return them to you tomorrow." I nodded my head in understandment and he left. Luke got up and stretched " I will do the same, what time should I come over tomorrow? " Luke asked I didn't know what time. " Umm how about 12 o'clock" Luke nodded his head, gathered all of his papers and left.

"Wow this is so exciting, I might have two room mates." I yelled/whispered to myself.
