Summary: Day and June are caught in a dystopian world. Day is a wanted criminal and June is the Republics prodigy.
Comment: Lu did a great job writing the book, very action packed and fast. But her characters are eh. When someone is killed, we are meant to mourn them, but we don't because we didn't get to FEEL them. The 2 main characters are also SO similar, that sometimes we can't tell which is which. But later we come to understand why. And helps build the conflict for the rest of the trilogy. A good book for action readers and dystopian fans.
Overall: 4.5/5 A well written book, with decent characters.
