After reading the title, you're probably thinking: "Yeah, she has weird ideas again..."

Well... Kinda... 😅

I was browsing through pinterest one day and found a bunch of toy pics. But not ordinary toys. MUSICAL THEMED TOYS!

So let's begin...

😅😅😅 he apparently has the paddle stick, but has he the boat? We can't see that.

I think these are closer to the movie version. But still.

As well as these. This is the only Raoul doll I've found. I don't really like their faces. But keep reading, it gets better!

Christine in Hannibal costume. With a pedestal.

This is the glamorous Norma Desmond from Sunset Boulevard. Isn't she gorgeous?!

Sure I had to include Evita. Evita and Christine were the only ones who had various dolls, others didn't. This one is probably just remake from a normal doll, but still very pretty.
Now back to Christines because it's probably the only one 90% of you care about.

PONR dress! Pretty well done, isn't it?

If I had color printer, I'd print this paper doll. BTW that signature. 😆

Again, just a remake of a barbie, but still very cute. If only Mattel made this kind of dolls instead of those all-pink.

Okay before I post the prettiest and most accurate dolls I have to show you this:

It's supposed to be a freakin' cats the musical doll. And it plays Memory they say. Ummm... is it supposed to be Grizabella? Definitely doesn't look like her. I saw people repainting dolls on Deviantart art and they looked way more accurate (and prettier) than this. Or the plushie they offer on Cats souvenir page. That's at least cute!
But don't worry, here come pretty dollies again.

This one has the most beautiful features of them all. I have several photos of her. However, there is one part I don't like about her, you'll see it later.

And this is where you'll see what I don't like about her:

The feet. I understand they wanted her to have movable feet, but couldn't they get her at least prettier shoes?

Here she is with Meg. Apparently, Meg is a redhead in doll productions. 😅 And is taller than Christine. Meg's supposed to be shorter than her so... IDK?

Back to Evita, and then I'll show you my most favorite ones.

Okay before someone says it: this one is NOT a barbie. And apparently wasn't even made after the musical. She may not be insanely pretty, but is very accurate. Probably my third favorite.
And now...

Well just so you know I haven't seen her feet 😅 but this one is far my favorite Christine doll. And she has a pedestal. I tried to find her photo from other angles but couldn't. So it is as it is.

And now I have this little cutie:

Wheee... baby Evita! She's so adorable I can't help it! I was trying to find baby Christine as well but couldn't, so just have this. And she has the musical Speech gown. Only thing that is not accurate about her is that she has blue eyes. Real Eva had brown. But at least she has eyes like me so I can adopt her! 😅😅😅

So I hope this chapter has brightened up your day. I'm sorry but you won't hear from me for the next few weeks... I'll try posting something during Christmass holiday.

And let's make here a discussion- would you like if ALW, or Broadway in general, made dolls, toys and plushies of musical characters? I was thinking:
-toys of ALL characters
-ALL of their costume changes
-plushies of Cats or figures of any non-human musical
-some characters that have more than one basic look provided in all of their versions, like ALW Christine (brunette), Leroux Christine (blonde), the same with Meg  (dark haired and blonde), and young  (teen) Eva  (brunette) and mature Eva (blonde) 👧👱👩👸

I want to hear what you think of it. Should we make a petition? We want musical dolls? 😅
