I hate this.

I hate that you're dying in front of my eyes and I can't do anything about it. I can't comfort you. I can't ease your pain. It's just a waiting game. Waiting for your time to run out, for the last sand to fall through the hourglass.

I'd do anything to be able to help you, to ease your pain, to get your loved ones back. I would. I'd trade anything. You've done so much for people you barely know and inspired perfect strangers. You deserve the happiest life this world has to offer. You don't deserve this pain and suffering.

I'm not ready to say goodbye, but I feel like it's selfish to ask you to stay. You deserve peace.
