There is beauty with in each of us. We are all special and deserve the best in life. In this world where it is full of people that want to tear you down or take your joy. We learn to let them do so many times. We let them have the power to take us down with just their words .

We let them hurt us with the hands, leaving bruises on our skin. We cover them up with make and fake smiles, never wanting the world to see our pain as it really is. We take the beating as if we did something wrong. When all this time they were the one that was wrong .

Narcissist is a person the makes you feel weak and have the world believing every word they speak. Painting you as the villain for the world to hate. They knock you down and hope to take you out, turning people against you, leaving you alone and weak.

Not this time they will not win. You have me by your side. You tell yourself as you look in the mirror. I am not who they say I am. I am jotting that punching bag. They do t know me and they never will, for I am much more than they ever will see.

I am stronger now than you can imagine because I know my worth and who I am. You can't take for me no more, for I won't let you win. You are no one to me and you never were. Take the fake friends with you if they believe you I don't need them.

I am packing my bag. I am letting myself be free. I don't need this anymore. This is not for me. The lies and abuse I will not take anymore. No, you have no power here, you are nothing to me. I wish you to be gone and leave me be. You will never hurt me again.

I am better now. I know who I am. I am a woman with a beautiful smile. My heart is big and willing to love. My spurt is a fighter that will never give up. My soul is an old one that has morals of being with one till death, so we part till we can be together again in the afterlife once again. I am beautiful just the way I am.

I am not everyone's cup of tea. That's fine with me. I know people come and people go. The once that stay are the true gems in life. They help lift you to the higher you. That makes you a better version of you. The one that shows your true color that shines a bright show bright. They help you find peace. They are your cheerleaders that keep you going.

So take the bad with the good know that you are never alone. You are meant to be happy just as much as anyone. It takes time; it takes passionate. You are grown the person you are meant to be. The best things did not happen overnight. You got this, you always have. Be proud of yourself.

Smiling at myself as I speak these worlds out load looking myself in the mirror. Taking it all in. I know it starts with me. I need to learn to love myself be for I expect anyone to love me. The way I want to be loved and treasure like the Queen I am. For I know how to love with all my heart. I just need to do it just for me.

Take this as you may. Maybe the words will make you think about more about yourself and know you matter just like I do. We all have our demons and things that bring us down. Depression is something we all have in our life. We can learn it's okay to lean on our friends and show that we need them. Don't let pride keep you from trusting the ones that have your back.
