Silent I kneel

God, be with me
Not only for today,
But for many a day.

You know where troubles lie
You know the silent prayers I pray

Although I don't know You as much
As you know me,
I know there is and will always be
Hope. I may not have many of that though...

But You can use something small to create
Extraordinary things!

You see everything as good
While I look at the bad, the wrong, the betrayed
I wish I could see the world through Your
Eyes, oh Lord!

I feel broken but deep inside
I know
That my God has a plan:
Plan to prosper
(Neither destruction, nor disaster)

My bad luck tree will someday bloom
Bear fruit of endurance and prosperity.

It may take long or
it could happen tomorrow.
God I just want You to know
That I envy your positivity!

Even if I don't say it enough... or at all
My heart beats the words: I love You!
Fill me with Your pureness
And walk with me through life
And eternity.

God, thank you for being there
