Bright sunshine streamed through the window awakening the sleeping dwarves and dwelf.

Today was the day that they would set off.

You hoped that bilbo would come along the journey he seemed very kind and you hoped that you and him could be friends.

Just as you were about to sit up fili and kili jumped right on top of you squashing you.

"Wakey wakey Y/N time to get up" kili said right in your ear "rise and shine Y/N" fili said pulling your coat off you which was being used as a blanket.

You giggled at the two durin brothers.

You three had been friends since you were young children and they never failed to make you smile with their silly antics.

You began play fighting with them since they woke you up.

The rest of the company just smiled at the three of you and shook their heads but in good way.

"Did you have to jump on me? I was awake anyways" as you three stopped fighting.

"We wanted to make sure you didnt fall asleep again" kili said as he smiled at you "its only going to get worse from here on out lass so be prepared" fili said as you just giggled at him before standing up and packing your stuff away.

30 minutes later

The company had set out qnd were no riding through a small forest near bagend on horses everyone began making bets on whether bilbo would come or not.

"Y/N what about you? Do you think he will come or not" balib asked you as you rode next to him.

"I dont think he will. He didbt seem like the type of person who goes on adventures" you replied

Not long after that bilbo came running up to the company shouting "wait...wait!!"

Everyone stopped at stared at the small hobbit "i signed it" he said as he handed the contract over to balin.

Balin looked over the contract and said "everything seems to be in order...welcome to the company of thorin oakenshield" after he said that he winked at the burgular.

Bilbo looked at everyone and smiled when his eye caught yours he sent you a big huge grin.

You couldnt help but smile back.

"Give him a pony" thorin said

"I dont think thats necessary ive done my fair share of walking holidays....beofore he could say anymore he was lifted onto a small pony.

You turned round and waited for bilbo to catch up.

When he did you winked and smiled at him "welcome to the company master baggins"

He smiled back at you "thank you Y/N"

You turned around and glanced at thorin.

He was glaring at you.

You didnt know if it was because he thought you had feelings for bilbo or becaus ehe didnt want you on this quest.

Either way you glared back at him and he then turned around.

You ddnt have feelings for bilbo even though he is cute so why was thorin glaring at you, you wondered.
