First of all I apologize to each and everyone whom I've kept waiting for this long..

Actually what kept me hold so long was.. I wasn't getting network before nd some error was there on wattpad.. Then I had my exams.. Some thing or the other stopped me from updating..

Ps: and yeah.. I was veryyy much impatient to give an update..

So finally I'm here with the next part.. Enjoy..!

Soon doctor enters the room..

Aliya: doctor kya hum appa ko ghar le jaa sakte hai..??

Soon all agreed to him.. Mr nd Mrs Bhalla Mr nd Mrs Iyer left from there..

Romi mihika simmi adi ruhi were waiting outside Raman's ward.. While Mani nd aliya were with shagun..

After some time a nurse came out after checking Raman..

Adi: sister papa kaise hai abhi..??

(Sister.. How's dad..?)

Nurse: wo to abhi better hai.. Lekin unki biwi to wahi so gayi..

(He's better now.. But his wife slept there itself)

Ruhi: matlab..??

(Means??)

The nurse didn't reply anything just smiled nd went away..

A few understood her meaning while a few were confused with her reaction.. So the confused ones entered inside only to smile seeing the scene in front of their eyes..

Seeing their parents sleeping in each other's arms happily is the best feeling in the entire world..

Adi: Ru chalo.. Ishima agar papa ke saath rahegi toh kam se kam araam karegi..

Both smiled nd left the room..

After a few hours..

He realized he's at some unknown place.. He could hear the beeping sound of the machines attached to him.. He could smell the scent of the hospital.. All these things made him sure that he's in a hospital.. God he hates this place to the core.. But why? Why was he here? He tried to recall.. He stressed his brain hardly..

Flash back...

Mani: RAMAN... HAT JAOOOO...

(RAMAN.... MOVE BACK...)

Two bullet shots were heard...

Raman immediately bent down completely.. Both the bullets just passed closely.. If he were standing they would have pierced him from front nd back.. Finally the bullets met two bodies.. Both the persons who fired the bullets got wounded with the other person's bullet..!!!

Nd they fell down probably don't know when would they get up.. Sensing the upcoming danger the other goon ran away saving his life.. (Such a besharam..😏 didn't even help them..) (Anyway not important 😂)

Raman left a sigh if relief nd looked at Mani.. He wasn't responding.. His eyes were closed.. He felt someone made him unconscious.. Well who could it be when he was alone there.. He turned around nd found a weird man... He was a familiar figure in black with a mask staring at him.. He knew the person.. But couldn't recognize him..

Raman: abbey kaun hai tu..?

(Hey you.. Who are you..??)

The masked man started walking towards him

Raman: kaun hai tu..? Tune hi Mani ka kidnap kiya tha na?

(Who are you..? You only kidnapped Mani right??)

The mask man suddenly started running to no where..

Raman: abbey rukh.. Kaha bhag raha hai..

(Hey you wait.. Where are you running..?)

Raman chased him but he kept on running.. After a long time he stopped because there was no path to run.. They reached a CLIFF panting heavily for breath..

Raman went and grabbed his collar... Nd started beating kicking punching nd what not..

Raman : kaun ho tum..? Chehra to dikha de..

(Who the hell are you..? Show me your face..)

He opened his mask in a swift moment.. He was shocked to see him..

It was none..

But TANEJA..
(THE REAL MURDERER ON THE SHOW)

He quickly grabbed his mask nd tried to cover his face but in vain coz Raman had already seen him..

Raman: Mr.Taneja??? (Shocked)

Raman: Mr. My foot... Tum yaha kya kar rahe ho..?????

(What the hell are you doing here??)

Taneja:.....

He didn't respond anything but tried to escape.. So Raman caught hold of him nd started hitting him in between he himself got punched but he didn't stop hitting him..

Nd out of no where he pushed Raman back nd took out his revolver...

Taneja: wahi rukh jao Raman Bhalla agar tumhaari jaan pyari hai toh!!

(Stop right there Raman Bhalla if your life is dear to you.!)

Raman: dekho.. Suno meri baat.. Hum shaanti se baat karte hai..

(See.. Listen to to me.. We'll have a talk calmly..)

He said nd slowly started walking towards him..

Taneja: zyada hoshiyaari dekhane ki zaroorat nahi hai.. Wahi rukh jao.. Warna maar dalunga..!!

Raman was about to hold him but he shot at him at the same time when Raman pushed him.. So his aim got flopped.. The bullet pierced his shoulder..

He was pushed with a force.. He fell onto his back.. He wasn't able to see his face properly..

Taneja: kaha na maine.. Koi chalaki mat dikhana!!

(I told you right.. Don't try to act smart..)

He winced in pain.. He felt his nerves breaking apart.. He held onto his arm.. Nd slowly tried to move his body.. A tinge of coldness started spreading on his body.. After soo much effort he tried to get up..

Taneja: kitna kush tha jab police tumhe arrest kiya mani ke mureder pe.. Lekin phir jab pata chala tum bahar nikal gaya.. Fir mujhe dar lagna shuru hua.. Issliye mai hamesha tum pe nazar rakha tha..

(How much happy I was when police arrested you for mani's murder.. But when I came to know you became free again.. I again got scared.. So I had always kept an eye on you..)

Raman: matlab..??? Tune hi mani ka khoon ki na..???

(That means..??? You've only killed Mani right..???)

Taneja: ohh my god shit!!!!!!!!!

He realised lately.. (Literally very late😂😂) he had confessed his own crime..

Taneja: TUMMMM NAAAA..!!

He gritted his teeth.. Angry at his own deeds..

He was about to approach him.. When they heard a sound from one direction..

Raman smirked seeing his face turning pale..

Even though he didn't had energy left.. He wanted to expose the real murderer nd make himself clean in front of the world.. Nd then go some where far away wi..

He came towards him with raging anger hearing his words..

Taneja: god knows.. My foot.. Mujhe kuch nahi hoga.. Bohot god god ho rha hai na.. Abhi jaa god ke paas bejtha hoon..

(God knows.. My foot.. Nothing will happen to me.. So much interested in god right.. I'll send you to him right away..)

He grabbed his collar.. Nd dragged him.. He tried to fight back with his one arm nd legs.. But he was much stronger than him.. He pushed him with a force.. He slid down the cliff.. The sound of the siren and some whispers of humans reached his ears which made him run away from there even without looking down..

Raman somehow managed to hold a branch of a tree which was completely grown only just for him to hold on.. He thanked the Almighty for that.. But he didn't know how long he could thank him..

He felt everything was over.. He had very less energy left.. He didn't even had strength to hold himself on soo long.. He was waiting for this moment for so long.. To expose the real murderer.. To finish all this mess.. To go to her nd hug her tightly nd sleep holding her in his arms nd have a peaceful sleep after a month almost.. But to go her first he needed to escape from here.. He slowly suffers from getting proper breathe.. He starts to feel drowsy..

Raman(st) : mai bohot jaldi behosh ho jaunga.. Ye infection tho badtha jaa rha hai.. Nahi nahi.. Mai behosh nahi ho saktha.. Warna mai.. Mai ishita ko kya jawab doonga.. Wo bohot pareshan ho rahi hogi.. Mere liye dhonnd rahi hogi.. Itna time time se gayab jo tha.. Aur gusse se bhi tho nikla tha ghar se.. Pura shehar sari pe uta liya hoga usne.. Pata nahi kya haal mai hogi madrasan.. Aur aaj ka ye vrat.. Nahi usse meri zarurat hogi.. Par mai kaise jaun.. Mai tumhare paas nahi aa sakta jaan.. Please mujhe jaldi dhoond lo.. Mai yahi hoon tumhare paas.. Mere paas aao jaan.. I need you..

(I'll become unconscious very soon.. This infection is spreading soo fast.. No no.. I can't loose my senses.. Otherwise.. What'll I answer ishita.. She must be worried for me.. She must be searching for me.. I was out from soo long.. And came out from there angrily.. She must have roamed the entire city for me.. Don't know how she is.. She's already on fast.. She needs me.. (This was exactly the same time she heard someone calling him nd started running towards the cliff.. Even though they're not together.. Their hearts nd souls are united forever..)

He slowly started from close his eyes.. But his mind was conscious enough to hold onto the branch..

Flash back ends..

He opened his eyes fully puffy nd red.. His mind was at a million km speed.. He doesn't remember anything other than hanging onto the branch.. It took him a few moments to calm down nd looked at his surroundings only to find her sitting beside him holding his hand and sleeping on his chest.. His lips curled into a lovely smile seeing her close to him.. Which meant he's safe now.. All his worries got washed away seeing her face.. He was looking at her for soo long.. (Don't know how much 🙈🙈) he could see the lines of fear on her face.. Her dried tears.. Nd to his surprise he saw fresh tears flowing.. Which meant she was even crying in her sleep.. It stabbed him seeing her I'm such position.. He too got tears in his eyes.. Only now his brain started working.. Now he slowly started remembering all her talks which she told him when he was not in his senses..

Raman(st): I'm sorry jaan..
He saw her hair was blocking his view.. He so wanted to tuck it behind.. But couldn't.. Coz his hand was alotted for her to sleep 😂😂 nd the other was wounded.. He tried moving his other hand.. But he couldn't.. He got so much pain.. At last he couldn't help but wince which broke her sleep..

She passed a bright smile with a pale face.. Any one could say how happy she's to see him fine in front of her and looking at her..

Ishita(smiling brightly): Raman.. Aap teek ho..?

(Raman are you ok?)

Raman (smiled seeing her smile): hmm.

He nodded assuring her.. He noticed her eyes again started becoming wet which made his smile fade away..

Ishita: aap khud ko koi hero samajte ho kya..? Bohot mahan ho..? Kuch bhi stunt kar loge.. Aap koi swarg se utharkar niche nahi aaye..aap bhi ek normal insaan ho.. Sabki tarah.. Aap aise kya kar rahe the wahan.. Aur ye goli kisne chalayi aao par..AUR WO MANI..!!🤦‍♀🤦‍♀.. Use kuch yaad nahi aapke saath kya hua.. Aise koi karta hai kya.. Kaha kaha nahi doonda maine aapko.. Aur fir pata hai aap mujhe kaha mile.. Ped se latke hue.. Agar hum thodi dher baad aate toh pata nahi kya ho jata..(her voice became wobbly) Aapko kuch ho jata tho.. Toh.. She couldn't control her tears.. She kept her hands on her face hiding his view completely now.. She was weeping slowly.. The fear of loosing him.. When she saw him hanging there.. Her heart broken into zillion pieces.. It was her life hanging there.. She had been away from him soo many times.. She just wanted to end all this without any trouble nd go back nd live in her house with her family.. But her fears came true.. He's suffering because of her.. He's suffering because of her stupid plan..

He couldn't decribe his feeling seeing her like this.. He just wanted to get lost from there.. nd protect her in his arms from this selfish world.. How much he wished he could undo so many things.. But unfortunately he couldn't..

He tried to remove the oxygen mask.. He wanted to say something.. She looked up sensing some movement.. She gasped at him in complete shock.. What was he even trying to do??

Ishita: kya karna chahte ho aap? Abhi jo kiya hai wo khaafi nahi tha..??

(What r u trying to do..? Whatever you did.. Isn't it enough??)

He smiles seeing her concern.. He nodds his head in negative making her angry..

Ishita:agar koi aur din hota na.. Mai yaha se jaa chuki hoti.. Aap.. Na..

(If it was some other day na.. I would have left from here.. You..)

Raman signals her.. Mai kya?

(Me.. What?)

She doesn't say anything just hugs him as tightly as she can but careful enough not to hurt him.. He smiles seeing her anger melting in just a second (which was very very rare).. He too wraps a hand around her nd holds her as tightly as he can.. He was caressing her hairs..

After so long she gets up with a tearful face.. He signals her not to cry.. She nodds nd kisses his palm lovingly.. She gets up nd places a soft kiss on his forehead.. He closes his eyes feeling her warmth of love which he was craving for soo long..

She sits down again beside him holding his hand close to her face feeling his presence..

Ishita:aap rest karo hum baad mein baat karte hai..

(You rest.. We'll talk about this later..)

He knew what was that later.. He knew she was angry nd the same time worried for him.. But she was just not coming out of that shell.. Why is she doing that..? He couldn't even ask her.. He once tried only to get scolded by her.. He didn't want to take a risk again..

She was getting up when he caught her hand nd signalled her not to leave him..

Ishita: mai kahi nahi jaa rahi.. Bas doctor ko bathakar aati hoon.. Aur sabko jo bahar khade hai aur aapka wait kar rahe hai..

(I'm not going anywhere.. I'll just call the doctor.. Nd tell them who r standing outside.. Waiting for you..

He let go of her hand hesitantly.. She smiled at him and left the room..

She came out only to find romi mahila simmi discussing something very seriously..

Ishita: kya hua.. Sab teek hai..?

(What happened? Is everything alright?)

Mihika signalled not to say anything..

Mihika : kuch nahi akka bas.. Aise hi.. Jeeje kaise hai..?

Ishita : wahi batane aayi thi.. Raman ko hosh aa gaya hai.. She said with a bright smile..

Romi: sacchi bhabhi.. Mai abhi doctor ko bulata hoon..

Mihika: Mai ghar mein phone karke bata deti hoon.. Sab pareshan ho rahe honge..

Romi mihika left from there..

Ishita felt weird from their behaviour.. But didn't ask anything further..

Ishita nd simmi went to Raman.. Simmi met Raman.. She was talking while he was nodding in yes or no.. As his pyaari (lovely) wife has strictly ordered him not to remove the oxygen mask until the doctor tells him..

(Arey when he's saying he can breathe.. What's the problem. 😂😂😂)

Soon doctor nd romi entered along with mihika..

Mihika: wo log aate hi honge..

(They all must be coming)

Doctor checked him..

Doctor: well I must say Mr.bhalla aap bohot strong hai.. Ab aap bilkul teek hai.. Matlab kuch din lagenge zakhm ko teek hone mein.. Lekin ab aap khatre se bahar hai..

All were super happy hearing this.. She thanked her murugun for the nth time for keeping him safe nd sound..

Romi: thank you soo much doctor..

Doctor: you're welcome.. But inhe 1 week yahi rehna hoga..

(You're welcome.. But he needs to be here for a week..)

Raman: ye lo.. Ho gaya kamal.. Issi nark mai ek hafta aur.. Iss baar sach mai mar jaunga ye badbu mei aur vo beswad khana kha ke.. Socha tha ghar jaunga madrasan mere aage peeche ghomegi meri khyaal rakhne.. Mai use thang karunga.. What yaar Raman.. Tumhe yaha se exit nahi mil rahi hai.. Aur tum uske baad ke sapne dekh rahe hoo..

(See.. Just great.. One week in this hell.. I'll seriously die this time smelling this shit.. Nd eating that tasteless food.. I thought.. Ishita will roam behind me to take care of me.. All these was going on his thoughts.. He suddenly realized the doctor was leaving.. He immediately held his hand.. He signals his mask.. But the dumb doctor didn't get anything.. She understood what he was trying to say..

Ishita: doctor ye aapko pooch rahe hai ki kya wo oxygen mask hata sakte hai..?

(Doctor he's trying to ask whether he can take his oxygen mask off..)

The doc gave a funny smile.

Doctor : ye aapki marzi hai.. Agar aapko breathing mai koi problem nahi hai toh hata dijiye.. Simple.. Kya Mr.bhalla aapki wife already ek doctor hai.. Aap unse pooch lete..

He laughed a little nd left the room.. Raman removed his mask nd placed it on the table beside.. Nd gave her a "I told you look" She gave him a "whatever" Look..

He was already mad at the decision of staying in this hell..

Soon all came to meet him.. All talked for soo long to him.. Nd finally on his insistence all of them left home.. Ishita nd romi stayed back with him..

It was evening 7..

Romi had gone home to bring food for them to break their fast.. After breaking his fast.. At home all the rituals of Karwachauth were happening.. I'm only missing those.. (It's not me. 😅 but madrasan's mind voice..)

Raman noticed her lost somewhere..

Raman: zara iss khaidi pe bhi dyan do.. Jab se us diwaar ko dekh rahi ho.. Mujse kya interesting hai usme

She left a laugh hearing his cute complain.. For which she got a deadly glare from him.. First she became serious with a cute pout.. But couldn't control her laugh seeing her ravan kumar with an angry pout.. She pulled his cheeks.. Which he shrugged away..

Ishita: accha to ye baat hai..

(Oh so this is the matter..)

He turned his face to the other side pretending to be angry.. He knew she will do something to woo him.. Nd she knew what he wanted.. (Awww.. How cute.. 😋😋) she went to the other side of the bed to have an eye contact.. He again turned his head to the other side.. She again went back.. He turned she went.. He turned she went.. It went on like this for a few moments.. Suddenly he held her hand nd pulled her to himself.. She was almost leaning on him.. They were dead close to each other.. Both their serious expressions turned into bright smiles realising their positions..
Both had a very intense eye lock for don't know how long.. 😅 he tucked a strand of hair behind her ear.. She closed her eyes feeling his touch..

Raman: Itna ghomegi to tak jaaogi.. Subah se kuch nahi khayi na..

(If you roam this much you'll get tired dear.. You didn't had anything from the morning na??)

Ishita: to ghuma kaun raha hai.. Aapko pata hai mai tak gayi hoon.. To natak kyu karte ho?

Raman: mai natak kar raha hoon?

Ishita: haan..

He wrapped his one free hand around her waist nd pulled her more close to him.. She placed both her arms on his chest happily.. She was half laying on him.. He tried to lean forward to meet her forehead.. But due to the pain in his shoulder he couldn't.. He let out a sigh irritated.. She giggled seeing him struggling..

Raman: ye hi problem hai teri.. Tu kuch karti nahi hai.. Aur mujhe karne deti nahi..

(This is your problem.. You never do anything.. Nd never let me do anything..)

Ishita: ab maine kya kiya..

Raman: yaar.. Tu utt ja.. Tera kuch nahi ho sakta..

She got angry listening to this.. She grabbed his collar instead of getting up... which made him shocked.. She cupped his face nd kissed his forehead.. He closed his eyes smiling (finally he's getting what he wanted.. 😅😅) She then kisses his eyes.. Then his nose.. He kisses both his dimples tightly.. (Which is her favourite🤭🤭) he was waiting for her impatiently.. She smiles seeing his impatience.. She wanted to trouble him but she knew he was already pissed off.. She didn't wait any longer nd captured his lips.. She was kissing him softly.. But ravan was ravan.. He held her waist nd pulled her more into himself.. He was kissing her back.. Finally she broke the kiss nd kept her head on his chest nd closed her eyes.. He was caressing her hair..

Raman: bhook nahi lag rahi..

(Aren't you hungry..)

Ishita: aapko bhi lag rahi hogi na..

(You must also be hungry na..)

Raman: Arrey nahi.. Maine abhi abhi apni fav desert khayi na.. Wo bhi bohot dino baad.. To no problem..

Jab bhi mujhe ek mauka akhele mein mil jaata hai tere saath.. Mere kush hone se pehle hi kahi se bhi koi na koi aake mere saamne aa jata hai haddi ban kar..

She let out a slight laugh hearing his words..

Ishita: uff aa gaya.. Itna der kyu laga.??

Raman: Arrey chod na madrasan.. Mai apni biwi ko khila nahi sakta.. Par wo tho khila sakta hai na.. Khila ke aaya hoga.. Chod dhe use.. Aur jaldi khana lagao.. Bohot bhook lag rahi hai..

Romi blushed slightly listening to his comment.. Raman was soo casual.. But ishita mentally kicked her for asking such stupid question..

She smiled seeing this..

Ishita : Arrey tumhe kaise pata chala ki mai ye soch rahi thi..

Raman: Sabko common sense hota hai.. Sirf tujhe hi duniya ki sari batein pata nahi hoti.. Arrey chod na.. Intelligence mein ye pura muj pe gaya hai..

(Everyone has common sense.. It's not like only you know every nonsense in this world.. Leave it nah.. Nd he got this intelligence from me..)

He said raising his imaginary collar.. Romi was smiling seeing a pure smile on his bhabhi seeing her admiring his brother.. He has seen how vulnerable she was when he was away.. The spark which was in her eyes was missing in the past few hours.. He saw them just like how they were before.. He thanked the Almighty to return the smile on his bhabhi's face and went out giving them the much needed privacy..

He reached home shortly..
He informed the family about the well being of his brother.. Of course it was evident from his bright smile..
