Tick. Tock. Tick. Tock. Tick....

"Everyone! Wake up!" Kaminari screamed in the middle of the night, accidentally turning on the lights in Class 1-A's dorm with his quirk. He heard them groan and curse him as he chuckle sheepishly for his clumsiness.

"You should lower down your power, Kaminari-kun. Someone might've noticed that," Midoriya said and Sero snickered, tiredly after Kaminari woke him up and Midoriya unknowingly making a pun.

"Midoriya? You came back sooner than we expected," Yaoyorozu said and Uraraka and Midoriya exchanged looks of concern then turned to the tired looking fourteen-year-old in the same room as them, wearing a blue dino shirt and hair of purple shorts.

"Well, we just found out a big surprise and you all need to hear it too," Uraraka said, still hesitant about telling them Nekta's story, considering her suspected sister is here to hear all of it.

"Eh? What is it?" Mina asked, the tiredness in her went away after Uraraka sounded grim.

"Well, we found out that reality has been toiled with by Nekta's mother and the league is planning on taking..." Midoriya turned to Akane and his eyebrows furrowed, "Akane-chan too."

"What? How did they find out?" Iida asked, making robotic gestures again.

"Nekta and the Marauders had a mission the other day and they came across Akane-chan," Uraraka said and Akane's eyes widened, tugging Yaoyorozu. The ravenette understood her and took her writing materials and gave her. Then, all attention are poured to her as she write down her thoughts.

'Do you mean the pretty girl from the alley the other night?'

The group of friends widened their eyes while Midoriya and Uraraka just furrowed their eyebrows, but look less surprised.

"Look. This is serious and we have to take action about it. We know that Akane-chan's quirk is Pole Changer. We experienced it first hand during that encounter and Nekta was the one who told us about it," Midoriya said, remembering the change in pressure during that night and it was overwhelming. Especially, coming from a gentle psuedo-mute girl like Akane.

"And there might be a deeper explanation for that, if I'm not mistaking?" Tokoyami said and Midoriya nodded, beads of sweat falling off his cheeks. He is still hasitating.

Uraraka put a hand on his shoulder and nodded, slowly. Midoriya sighed and asked Akane if she can stay out of earshot for this one which she obliged to do.

Then, they told them everything Nekta told them that night. The story itself was surprising enough, but not as much as to how reality can be changed in a small gesture of a single person.

From what he have heard from Uraraka, Nekta told them the probable things her mother changed in reality. Erasing her sister's memory. Making her previous career issue like it never happened and also simply making everyone who knows forget about her family.

"That's...that's messed up, man," Kaminari said, eyebrows furrowing and think. A person with that kind of power can simply do anything and if that gets into the wrong hand, hell breaks lose.

"She thinks her mother is still alive somewhere but we don't really know the condition of her quirk. We're not sure if everything go back to normal if she dies or just a small part of it or nothing changes at all," Uraraka said. She have to admit that changing the reality that she already knew scares her. She don't want to become a complete stranger to her friends and vice verse.

"Well, if we try to search for her, we might hit a dead end. We have no starting point," Hagakure said, her long sleeved pajama showing that she have her hands on her chest.

"And we don't know if she's alive either, [Ribbit]"

"It's not that important. What's important at the moment is how we can protect Akane-chan. She have no memories of her past and she can't communicate verbally. We have to make her understand that the League of Villains should be avoided," Midoriya said and looked down. He feels bad somehow.

Nekta's past is tragic that even he feels guilty about it. And now, he's trying to find a way to keep two sisters from being together. He just wish that there must be a force that can make Nekta redo her life and go into the daylight of good.

"Wait," he muttered a thought coming in mind. He looked at his friends, staring at him, intently anf waited for him to voice out his thought, "Kacchan."

"What? What about Bakugo?"

"Kacchan is undeniably attracted to Nekta. He...He does everything just to make sure she's alright. He's not completely a villain, yet like Todoroki-kun so he can help us with Nekta," Midoriya explained but doubt and hesitation can be heard in his voice. Uraraka picked it up and exactly knew why. She's not dumb and blind to not see what Midoriya is worried about.

"But Nekta doesn't show much interest in Bakugo-kun. She doesn't show any interest at all," Midoriya nodded and they seem to have hit a wall there.

"It's late in the night and we're running in circles with our plan. A lot of plot twists happened and now, Mr boom boom man is in love with a conscienceless killer," Mina said, rubbing her temples. Midoriya frowns as he sits down on the couch, sighing.

"We've certainly need to work this out. But for now, all we have to do is keep an eye on Akane-chan," Yaoyorozu said and the green haired have nothing else to do but nod. he can't think straight with the headache he is currently enduring because of the demon inside him is fighting back.

Uraraka observed his distress and decided to speak for him.

"It's getting late. You should go to sleep too. We'll go back to the league and we'll come back when needed," Uraraka said, crouching down to Midoriya. She puts her hand on his shoulder and whispered softly.

"Let's go for now, Deku," she said and his green eyes looked at her. Those innocent yet distressed eyes gives her butterflies in her stomach and get to her cheeks. Hopefully, she could see them all the time.

Midoriya woke up and stretched his limbs, yawning. He frowned and scoffed, remembering that his prisoner got away again. He never told him anything about what he did last night, but torturing him won't be useful. He's in the same body as him for goodness sake!

"Urgh! Can't I just have Alice in Wonderland Syndrome or Schizophrenia instead of DID? Man, that guy is a pile of dipsh*t," he whined to himself and fixes himself up before walking out the door. As he walks down the hallway to the living room, he saw Nekta changing her hair color into black and eyes into brown. Now, she looks like a typical Hispanic girl.

"wait? You're going out this early in the morning? There's no school today, huh?" Midoriya groggily asked as Dabi made his way next to the now ravenette villain. Although, even his get-up is weird.

He wears a long black coat that covers him perfectly and a facemask and dark sunglasses. Now this made Midoriya raise his eyebrows, crossing his arms.

"Okay, where are you going?" He asked and Nekta ties her hair into a high ponytail, letting some of the tied hair fall by her shoulder.

"We're going out."

"I can see tha--- wait! You mean on a freaking date?" His eyes widened as he shouted his query. The rest of the league who seem to do their own stuff turned to them.

"Don't---"

"Woah, woah, woah. Hold you horses, ashf*ck! This is my b*tch. Get your own," Bakugo protectively said, sheilding Nekta from the older flame user. Dabi smirked under his mask and decided to mess around little.

"Nah, I think you can pick up any dog on the streets on your own," Dabi taunts, earning an exoloding growl from the teen. Nekta rolled her eyes at their silly drama and decided to intervene.

"Yeah, great. Now you two split up before anything gets bloody and fiery," she said, taking Dabi hand and dragging him away. The raven haired villain flashed the blond teen a smirk that irritates him even further.

"We just have something to do. Don't get jealous, okay explodokill?" Dabi teased again. Bakugo is ready to land a blast on his already burnt face, but stopped when Nekta pulled his collar again like a dog.

"Dabi, don't push it," she told him, but he just grinned at Bakugo, "We're going on a search for Emily."

Shock is evident in their expressions. Shigaraki grunted and scratches his neck again.

"If ever, bring her back here."
