~Rewind~
-About three hours earlier-
*Lins POV*

"What about the party?" Pippa asked me.

"I'll try to rush over." I told her. "And Uh, Renée, she knew. How?" I asked my eyebrows furrowing a bit in confusion.

"Well, I... told her." She started. "But I didn't really want to it's just Jaz and Renée thought you were sexually harassing me-"

"They thought what?" I questioned his eyebrows furrowed completely, completely takin aback by the fact they thought I'd do something like that.

"Well you were touching me."

"What?"

"At the house warming party, you kept like touching me, and I don't think you meant to but..." She started but paused for a quick breath. "I got tensed every time and so they thought you were harassing me so I had to tell them so they would calm down."

"So both Jaz and Renée know?" I asked.

"Yeah."

"You still want us to be a secret?" I asked.

"Not for much longer just-"

"It's okay, I'm just asking." I told her in a calm voice and she nodded.

"Alright." She said with a small smile.

"And if I don't see you at the party, you'll come over tonight, right?" I asked going over to her wrapping my arms around her waist.

"You can count on it." She told me pecking my cheek.

"Good." I whispered then pecked her lips. "I'll see you then." I kissed her once more then let go so she could leave to her dressing room.

I quickly changed out of my costume and into my clothes. And as I changed I couldn't help but wonder why my parents went to my place.

I mean neither of them would have any reason to go to my place but they're is no one else that could go to my place.

I sighed picking up my bag making my way to Pippas car. I started my way back home but to my dismay there was a ton of traffic on the way back to my place.

And by a ton of traffic I mean so much traffic it took me about an hour and a half to get back. Half way back back I was basically banging my head off the steering wheel I couldn't stand being in this traffic any more.

But I did finally make it home, I parked Phillipa car and as I made my way to the door I couldn't help but notice my parents car wasn't there. Which only furthered my confusion on what was going on.

So I decided to brush it off and went inside going up to my apartment. I unlocked my door setting my bag down by the door as I closed the door.

"Mom, dad?" I called. "You here?" I asked but got but got no response.

I sighed turning the lights on deciding since no one seemed to be here that I would change before going out to the party. So I opened my door, taking my jacket off before turning on the light.

"Hello Lin." And when I heard her voice I froze, looking over to see her sitting on my bed.

"Vanessa..." I breathed my heart stopping in my chest and I could feel my mouth become dry.

"I need to talk to you..." she said in a quiet voice.

"What could you possibly want Vanessa?" I asked feeling emotions bubble up inside me. "After tearing my heart out and stopping on it what could you possibly want?"

"Lin this important, please just please sit down and talk to me." She pleaded.

"Vanessa I just-"

"Lin you know I wouldn't be here if it wasn't important." She said in stern tone.

"Okay, okay." I sigh, sitting down on my bed. "What is it Vanessa?"

"Lin..." she started. "I'm, I'm pregnant and the baby is yours."

"What?!" I asked standing up looking at her with furrowed brows. "Ho-how could you know that?" I asked.

"Because in as of late... the last person I had sex with was you." She said looking up at me taking one of my hands pulling me down to sit once again. "So the baby's yours."

"I just... I don't even."

"I want to come back home." She whispered.

"What?"

"I want to, well I want to try us again." She told me. "This baby needs a father Lin."

"Vanessa you're too late to 'try us again.'" I said shaking my head a bit. "I'm with someone."

"What- who?" She asked sounding a bit pissed off at this new discovery.

"That's not the point-"

"Lin just tell me who the whore is." She demanded.

"She is not a-" I stopped taking a deep breath. "You want you know? Fine. I'm with Phillipa."

"What?" She asked looking absolutely gobsmacked.

"You're too late." I told her.

"Lin... you can't leave this baby without a dad.." she whispered sounding like she was on the verge of tears now.

"And I won't Vanessa." I told her. "I promise I will be there 100%, whatever I can possibly do I will do it."

"Lin, you should leave Phillipa." She said looking at me in the eyes tears welling in her eyes. "Do what you can do this baby doesn't have a broken home." She whispered.

"Vanessa... I can't just leave Pippa, she's my girlfriend." I said shaking my head.

"Well that's hard to believe, the internet would have blown up if they found out you two were dating."

"We're not... exactly.. publicly dating.. but we are still together Vanessa."

"Then why doesn't she want people to know?" She asked a matter a factly.

"What if I don't want people to know?" I asked trying to defend Pippa the best I could.

"Oh please Lin, I know you." She said. "I was married to you, you'd want the word to know."

"Well... I.."

"Why doesn't she want people to know Lin?"

"She scared of what people will think of us." I told her with a small sigh.

"And Lin, I think you and I both know if she really wanted a relationship with you, she wouldn't." She said and honestly it made my head start to hurt as I thought about it.

"I... She.." was all I could say as tears started to well in my eyes, what if Phillipa wasn't as in this as I thought? What if whatever we have is just nothing to her? And at this point tears started streaming down my face.

"Be with me Lin... we can have a family.. and be happy." She told me lifting one of my have to her lips giving it a light kiss.

"Vanessa..." I started but a sob interrupted me as I was starting to completely break down.

"Just consider it, consider being with me again Lin." She whispered. "Please.."

"Okay..." I choked out, from what I could see she smiled a bit before pressing a kiss to my cheek.

"I'll see you soon then." She said as she got up making her exit and not long I heard the front door shut.

I laid down on my bed and let the tears just flow down my face. I'm not sure how long I stayed laying there but next thing I knew there was a knock at the door.

"Go away!" I yelled.

"Lin, it's me... weren't we going to watch movies and cuddle, and I have some news for you!" I heard Phillipa call from the hall.

I didn't want to get up, I didn't want to have to face Phillipa, not now at least. But I knew she wouldn't stop so I wiped my tears and went to the door opening it up.

"Phillipa just go home." I told her once looking her straight in the eyes. I really just needed to be alone and with everything right now, my head and heart just ached.

"Lin what, what's wrong? Are you okay?" She asked worriedly reaching out to him.

"Just go." I said pulling back from her hoping she would take que and go home but she didn't.

"But Lin I thought- Well I thought you wanted me here."

"Well I don't, Okay, I want you gone." I said in a harsher tone then I intended but she just wouldn't go home.

"But-" she started though I didn't let her finish all of a sudden I just felt this anger come over me.

"God, phillipa can't you think about someone besides yourself?!" I asked loudly. "You're so selfish, you're selfish in our relationship, you're selfish when we were on our trip, and being incredibly selfish now!" I yelled.

"I-I'm sorry..." She whimpered looking down. "I'll leave you alone..." I whispered and I heard her choking back some tears as she quickly left me alone.

I closed the door hard sighing as I went back to my bed flipping down. Part of me couldn't help but feel stupid for saying that but- she was being a bit selfish.

Honestly at this point I didn't know what I was feeling or what was really going on. All I knew is my head hurt, my heart hurt, and I couldn't seem to stop crying.

So that night I laid in my bed crying, at first I thought it was Pippa, then I thought it might be Vanessa or maybe a bit of both, I'm honestly not sure.
