Ladybug and Chat Noir were on patrol, keeping an eye out for an akuma, or anything suspicious. Then Chat Noir said out of the blue, "hey Ladybug. What kind of guys are you into?"

"Why?"

"No.... reason.."

Ladybug was put on the spot as she didn't know how to answer. She replied, "well... I like people who are kind, generous, talented."

Chat Noir smirked, "kinda sounds like me doesn't it? Come on bugaboo, you know I'm purrrrfect."

Ladybug rolled her eyes as she facepalmed, "I'm not talking about you. I already like someone else?"

Chat Noir's heart shattered info pieces, he stuttered, "c-can I at least know who the lucky guys is."

Seeing how hurt he sounded, though she didn't know why, she decided to go a bit easier, "fine. You probably already know him too. I like this person called Nathaniel. He's so seeet, talented, and I think he might like me too...well the other me."

Chat Noir gaped. No way. That sneaky red head stole away the love of his life! He silently growled, not even realising Ladybug practically gave away her identity.

Marinette decided to go talk to Nathaniel, even though she liked him, she didn't really act nervous like how she did with Adrien, because she already knew him beforehand.

She walked up to the red head, "Hey Nathaniel!"

"Hey Marinette."

"I was wondering, were you busy today cause-"

"I'm really sorry Marinette... but... I like someone else now."

"O-oh... may I know who?"

He nodded, "I like Ladybug."

He liked her alter ego now?! Why does Ladybug always have to be better than Marinette. She never understood. She replied, "oh ok... I understand"
