Last night I was terrified.

The voices were the strongest I had ever seen them. I didn't know what to do. They wouldn't stop.

I couldn't breathe and I got dizzy. I didn't black out though.

I don't know exactly what happened but I think I may have had a panic attack. Im still not sure.

Luckly I was able to message multiple people and they were able to calm me down.
