Ok so Im terrible looking but before you all say that im not that bad here I am
This picture is about 3 months old and I have shorter hair now but you at least get a idea
Anyways about 3 months ago the voices told me to start counting calories. So I listened. I ended up skipping breakfast and lunch and eating maybe 300 calories at dinner. Yea i did that for about 1 week before kids at school started noticing. So then I was forced to eat lunch. I could feel every ounce of fat entering my stomach and legs. I was disgusted with myself. Finally I started actually working out and I noticed it got rid of the fat quicker than not eating so I started doing that. Now I still count calories but I dont mind eating as long as I work out the next day. So yea im ugly but at least I got abbs.
