I think I'm insecure because of all the people out there who care about outward appearances and looking like a perfect person. I definitely don't live up to model standards in any way. Multiple people I know have pointed out some of the flaws in my appearance. It makes me just want to hide away in my room. It might be the reason I'm shy, since people have already told me those kinds of things. But that's why I'm insecure, it's because of those people who have told me that there's something wrong with how I look.
