Re-Writing Old Stories
Hello everyone! So, I was going through my documents and I came across some old writings, some fanfictions, etc. They're also pretty short, so I got the idea to re-write some of them!
I'm sorry in advance.
Okay, first one is an Elsa from Frozen fanfiction, but here's the twist! She's in the Star Wars galaxy.
*muffled scream for help*
Okay, here's the original.
Chapter 1: The Yoda chronicles
"Learn to use the force properly, you must." Master Yoda said. "I know, I know. I just wish I could learn the force faster." I said to him. "Patience, you must have." Yoda said in return. "I will. Because if I don't have patience I will go to...I can't say it." I said kind of shaking. "Say it, you don't have to." He said. Then he put his arm around my LEG (because he's very small) and said, "Say it for you, I will. Join the dark side, you must not." He said. "Never! Not like my father." I said turning around. "Elsa! Where are you?" I heard a voice down the hallway say. "I have to go Master Yoda. I will see you tomorrow though. May the force be with you!" I said. "Force be with you, may it." He replied. Then he disappeared. I just continued to practice my Jedi skills.
"Elsa!!" I heard again. "Yes!? What do you want whoever you are!?" I saw the commander of the death star coming up to me. "I heard noise in here. What were you doing?" He asked me. "Uh, why does it matter?" I asked him. I started to walk away when he grabbed my arm. "Your father wants to see you." He said dragging me over to where my father was. "Yeah, well I don't want to see him." I said pulling my arm away. "Elsa! You're father has requested this and if you don't come with me, He will have my head!" He said. I felt sorry for him and no matter how horrible he treats me, I didn't want him to die. That's not the way that Jedi's work. "Fine, I shall see him. Where is he?" I asked him. "He's right down the hall to the left of the death star." He said. "Thanks." I added and went down to meet my dad.
I bet that you're very confused about that's happening here, so let me explain my story. It's pretty crazy.
Chapter 2: My story.
Sooooooo let me explain my story a little bit since you don't really know what's happening! My name is Elsa. I am training to be a Jedi. It's been my dream ever since I was a youngling, so as Master Yoda says it. My mother was Padme' Amidala. She died while giving birth to me. And I feel like it's my fault that she died. I never knew how she did. My father told me that it was because she gave birth to me, but I know that's not it. Oh, and you're probably wondering who my Dad is. It's kind of embarrassing who he is. But I just want to put this in the air. I WILL NEVER BE LIKE HIM. Never, ever, ever, ever! So here it goes. My Dad is Darth Vader. That's right. My Dad is Darth Vader. That's him. The guy who I had to go meet. That's him. Oh and one more unusual fact about me. I have ice and snow powers. I was born with them. So basically, I can freeze anyone I want. But I don't, because I have to control it. That's what Master Yoda helps me to do, other than train me. So anyway, enough about my history. Let's get back to this morning.
Chapter 3: Secrets are revealed.
"I cannot believe that I have to be at my Dad's beck and call all the time! It's getting old!" I said to myself while walking down the hallway. "Elsa! Where is Elsa?" I heard a voice say after a loud KKKKKKKK-SSSSSSSSHHHH!!!! It's my Dad. The KKKKKK-SSSHHHHH thing is him breathing but it sounds like that because he has a mask on for some reason. He'll never tell me why! "Here I am Dad. What do you need this time?" I said approaching him on his "throne". "Come stand next to me Elsa." He said in almost a kind voice. "What? When I was little and I tried to stand next to you, you'd just send me away! And NOW you want me to stand next to you!? I am 18!" I said. "Yes. Just come on!" He said. I slowly approached him and stood next to him. It was kind of cool.
"There. See! Not so bad is it?" he said "Uh yeah, I guess" I replied then I quickly scooted away and went back. Then my Dad pulled out a light saber and said, "Go get your light saber." I went to get my light saber and said, "Ok I got it. Now what?" "Now go get your Jedi robe!" He said. I went to get my Jedi robe and came back wearing it. "Ok I got my robe. Now will you tell me what this is all about?" I asked him. "Here is what this is all about. We shall have our first light saber battle!" He said turning on his red light saber. "Oh it's on! " I said turning on my blue one. Then I clashed it up against his and we started to battle!
For some reason all the storm troopers were watching. But then something happened. I was off my guard and all of a sudden I got thrown on the floor! My Dad used the force to throw me! I couldn't believe that he had done that! I mean, sure he's evil, but why would he do that to his own daughter!!?? I just got up from the ground and gave him a look of hurt.
Then I started to run up the stairs.
*inhale* Okay, this isn't even literature. What..what was I thinking? Should I even try to re-write this? I'll only re-write the third chapter because everything else is boring.
I walked down the stairs, my footsteps drowned out by the sounds of weapons shooting, people screaming, terror rising. I couldn't keep my gaze straight, out of fear that I would see the heinous acts my father's people commit. I continued walking down the long, empty hall before hearing a very distinctive sound. The sound of heavy breathing was the only thing I could hear along with the loud, clomping footsteps of who I knew was my father.
I stood, straight as a board, as I saw his shadow emerge from the corner. He turned to me, his breathing increasing in volume with every step he took towards me. This felt like some sort of horror movie, except the victim is just standing there while waiting to be killed. My feet were glued to the floor, my eyes widening a bit as I saw my father, Darth Vader himself, standing in front of me. "Hello, Elsa." His voice sent a shiver down my spine.
"Hello, father. You called for me." I wanted to get straight to the point so I could leave as soon as possible. "Yes. I want you to take a walk with me. I must show you something." He walked past me, implying that I follow his every step. I went along with him, a bit flustered and nervous of what he wanted to show me. After walking for what seemed like forever, we reached the battle room. The room where stormtroopers train to be the most hated people in the galaxy, where they learn to maim and murder others. Why was I here? "Father, why must we go in there?" I asked, a slight tremble in my voice.
"You are coming to the age where you must learn how to properly wield the most dangerous weapon in the galaxy." He stepped forward into the room, grabbing one lightsaber. He gave it to me, and pulled out his own. "You are my daughter, and only the very best should train you. You must fight me." My eyes widened as I looked down at the lightsaber in my grasp. I fantasized about chucking the object at his head and knocking off that stupid mask he always wears, but I didn't. I probably would've been killed if I did. Instead, I turned the lightsaber on and saw it revealed a bright, red color. As I started to grasp the weapon in my hands, the color started to change. It flickered until the color matched my eyes.
Blue.
I still think the whole concept of the story is a bit silly, but I hope my re-write was better than the original. Anyways, I was planning on doing more, but they are rather long, so I'll publish the rest on my Book of Short Stories. Thanks for reading, stay kawaii and bye for now!
