Hey everyone! How are we doing today? Before I start off the chapter, I just wanted to say thank you to everyone who has entered my writing and art contest so far! So many talented people, I can't wait to see what you all come up with! Also, thank you so much for 270 followers! Wow! Will we get to 300? Who knows! Thank you guys so much, you're all the best! Now, let's get into the chapter!

Today was a really good day! I went to my piano lesson, because I take piano, and my teacher was very impressed with me! Right now I've just learnt the song "Friend, Please" by Twenty Øne Piløts, and I've polished the song I previously worked on, "Goner" also by Twenty Øne Piløts! She was very proud of me and said that I was doing good, and that made me really happy! She's a great teacher, and I love working with her!

After I finished my piano lesson, I went to the Public Library in my town. I joined the summer reading program there and I have to go back every week to have a stamp on this passport like thing and fill in a little slip of paper saying how many pages of a book I've read. The passport looks like this!

As you can see, I've already gotten stamped three weeks in a row, so I get to go back next week! At the end of this Summer Reading Program, called "Reading By Design", you get a last stamp, the sixth stamp, and you get to win a free book! I really love what they're doing for the teens in this program, and I think everyone should participate!

One week, when I finished getting my passport stamped, the librarian that was helping me handed me a sheet of paper called "Science Trivia Worksheet." Basically, she explained that if I filled the questions out correctly, I would be entered to win a prize! So I did so, and it was really fun! Before I went back today to get my passport stamped, I got a call from the library saying that I had won the contest! I was so excited, so when I went back, I got my passport stamped, and they gave me my prize!

A nice, science-themed, purple bag! It's so cute, and I'm probably going to use it a lot!

A coupon for a free pizza at Pielogy, which I'm looking forward to using! 😊

A gift card for In-N-Out! I love this restaurant, it's so good, and I can't wait to use this!

This wasn't a prize I got with the Trivia Sheet, it's a weekly prize they give you, but I still wanted to show it! It's a mini rubrics cube that's actually a keychain!

And I won a free, hardcover book! It's really good and it's a lot like Sword Art Online, so I recommend you read it!

And that was the prize that I got! It's amazing I got that just from winning a contest! My public library is amazing, I really love it!

After I went to my public library, I went to another library because I entered the reading program there as well! I already got my prize there though (it was an amazing bag, sunglasses, and a free book!)

After I returned all the manga I read from last time, I picked up some new manga, and I thought I'd tell you what I got!

I got volumes 1 - 3 of Voice Over! Seiyu Academy by Maki Minami. I really recommend reading it if you are a fan of Shojo Beat manga, it's really cute and light-hearted!

I also got volumes 1 and 2 of My Heavenly Hockey Club! It's actually my first time reading it, and I'm looking forward to it! Have any of you read the manga? Let me know if you liked it!

I got Sword Art Online: Fairy Dance volume 1! To be honest, it's a bit confusing with the manga series to know what to read, but I just decided to get this because why not! I hope it's good, it probably will be!

I also picked up volumes 1 - 3 of Ugly Duckling's Love Revolution! I've started reading the first book and it's really good! I love it so far, the characters are amazing and I like the plot! I really recommend reading it if you are a fan of Shojo Beat!

Since I am a big fan, I got volumes 6 - 11 of Your lie In April. I don't have those volumes, I only have 1 - 5 and I wanted to continue the series, but I'm broke. So I figured, why not go to the library and rent them?! I REALLY recommend reading this series and watching the anime..it's so good but so sad at the same time. SHH! NO SPOILERS!

The last book I got was the first volume of Assassination Classroom. I've heard that it's a really good manga and anime so I want to get into it! I hope it's great, do you guys like it? Let me know!

Getting into a different topic, let's talk about one of my favorite comedians, Jeff Dunham! I really love him and his puppets, I think he's amazingly funny and a great ventriloquist. I'm watching him right now as I make this chapter! My absolute favorite character of his is Peanut. I really want to draw Peanut as a human version, maybe in an anime style.
