Izumi...... Deku ..... IZUMI MIDORIYA!!!!

Izumi shot out of bed upon hearing her actual name, "MOTHER!!!." She called out in distress which surprised Recovery girl, she ran to her side to ease her discomfort, "Calm down little one." She said.

"My name is Midoriya!, Izumi Midoriya!, I need to find her, tell her I'm sorry." She lashes in madness while sobbing uncontrollably, it seems her memories are slowly progressing back together again, she looked at her surroundings and was met with the familiar environment of the white calmness of a hospital room. She saw Recovery Girl staring at her with a feared look at her sudden outburst. She quickly called in the pros to explain some changes.

As soon as the adult heroes came in, she firstly yelled at them for their sudden robot mishap, "I SWEAR YOU ALL STILL ACT LIKE IRRESPONSIBLE TEENAGERS, BE CAREFUL NEXT TIME, THOSE ARE STILL CHILDREN IN THE BATTLEGROUNDS!." Chiyo scolded the adult heroes who were standing there with a guilty expression. "But other than that, it seems your little incident has brought up good news with our patient... Izumi remembers her real name." She explained carefully as they stood behind the dividing curtains.

All Might spotted Izumi who had awakened from her slumber, "Izumi!." He said in pure relief and embraced her, surprisingly she hugged back, "How are you feeling?." He asked, "I'm alright for now... I still can't remember much." She replied with a frustrated gloom tone. Izumi wanted to get her old self back but the progress was slow which annoyed her that she felt useless, weak and alone, truly owning the title Deku. "Do you remember anything after the explosion?." Aizawa asked while taking a seat beside her, "Not much, except for the ambulance ride to the hospital." She replied.

"This isn't the hospital, we took you to Recovery Girl's clinic," Erasurehead explained... "But I heard sirens." She wondered in confusion, "That was Mic." He said.

"I'm sorry, I panicked!." He said as he popped out, the adults burst out laughing all of a sudden they heard and saw Izumi giggling... They actually saw a genuine smile, it was bright and adorable that they couldn't help but feel their own hearts twist in pure joy in this rare moment. "So Kawaii Deku!." Nemuri gushed.

Izumi stopped for a moment when she noticed the pros staring at her, "Um... Is something wrong?." She politely asked, "No not at all, it's just... You're happy." All Might said, Izumi held her face and wondered, "Is this... Okay?." She asked innocently, "Of course it is! Keep it up little listener and you'll have the boys running after your beauty." Present Mic declared with pride, "Great idea! we can go shopping and find your cute outfits." Lady Midnight said enthusiastically as she began planning a shopping list in her mind which cause All Might to cough blood uncontrollably as he heard Hizashi and Nemuri's plot, clearly, he disapproves of Mic's idea and Midnight's sense of fashion considering he sees Izumi as his own daughter, he would beat any boy with a Detroit Smash in the gut if they come anywhere near her, heck he won't allow them to breathe around her.

"SHE WILL NEVER MARRY!!!." He roared causing the others to laugh a storm, "You got too attached didn't you." Aizawa sighed in annoyance while pinching the middle of his nose. Izumi couldn't help but throw a fit of giggles with them.

One week later

Izumi has a habit of muttering when she's fascinated or nervous, right now it was the weekends, she was making lunch while anxiously waiting for the results of the entrance exam. She was so nervous that not only was she muttering, she almost shot Toshinori on the head upon approaching her, "I need to get in the heroes course, I can be a hero like All Might, what if I'm not qualified to be a hero? the master will punish me for my failure as a-."

"Izumi?". The blonde man reached out as she muttered again when... BANG!!!.

"AAAHHHHHH!!!!." They both freaked at the same time.

"ARGH!." Toshinori choked on his own blood and tripped on his own feet.

Izumi unexpectedly pulled out a gun and almost gave Toshinori a heart attack... Again, later she began blabbering apologizes and rapidly bowing, "So sorry Father, I didn't mean to scare you, I was just cooking, were you calling me a while ago?-" she rambled on and on until Toshinori slowly got up and approached her to ease her worry.

"It's fine Deku, I understand your situation." He said while wiping the blood off his mouth, "I actually called you so I can tell you something." He explained as he presented her an envelope with the U.A wax crest.

Izumi's eyes widened, immediately she grabbed it and made a mad dash towards her room leaving a confused blonde behind.

In Izumi's room

She sat on her desk while clearing her many notebooks of hero analysts volumes collection, upon opening the envelope a small chubby disc was found inside, being the tech nerd herself she found a button on the side, as soon as she activated it glowed to life revealing a holographic screen of All Might in a yellow business suit.

"I AM HERE AS A PROJECTION!!!." He greeted Izumi with glee.

Izumi was confused, this letter or device came from U.A. right?, but what was he doing in the hologram?, she wasn't complaining after all she's still a nerdy Fangirl at heart.

"CONGRATULATIONS YOUNG IZUMI, YOU PASSED THE WRITTEN EXAM WITH FLYING COLORS AND EARNED A TOP SPOT IN THE PRACTICAL EXAM. YOU EARNED 50 VILLAIN POINTS AND 60 RESCUE POINTS, GIVING YOU 110 POINTS." He explained.

Izumi's brain was still processing while her heart was beating like a speeding bullet train upon hearing those words.

"Welcome to the Hero course young Midoriya, This is your hero academia." He finished as the hologram disappeared.

Izumi was speechless that she fell on her knees as tears cascaded down her face.

With Toshinori

Toshinori was waiting in front of her door for her reaction, he knew she passed, but the sound of sobbing got him worried, "Izumi?... Are you alright?." He raised his fist to knock on the door.

But Izumi came bursting out and ran towards him in a hug with a tear-stained face, Toshinori panicked but as he got a closer look, she was smiling in pure joy. It was contagious as he began crying and smiling at the same time, "Thank you Dad!, thank you so much, for giving me a second chance." She wept. After realizing what she said she turned pink, "S-sorry, I didn't-"

"It's alright... I always wanted a daughter." He said with a happy smile, Izumi being the cry baby she embraced him again which caused his heart to swell in joy. He also mentioned that he will be teaching in U.A. as a teacher in the hero course, but that doesn't mean he will take it easy on her but she didn't mind a good challenge.

"Thank you... Dad." She whispered.

Toshinori wanted to celebrate his newfound daughter's achievement, so he invited his friends; Aizawa, Hizashi, Nemuri, and Chiyo for a celebratory dinner.
