The next thing was hectic for Class 1A, they were rushed to the hospital for immediate medical care. Parents immediately went to the school to see if their children were alright.

Mitsuki and Masura Bakugou rushed towards their son to see if he's okay, to their surprise they saw him carrying a female with familiar emerald locks.... Could it be?. "Are you hurt son?." His father asked worriedly, "I'm fucking fine old man!." He said as he was in a hurry to get Izumi to a healer, "Katsuki!, H-how- Why???." Mitsuki stuttered as her mind tried to boggle the right words, "I'll explain later, we gotta get Izumi to a doctor." The blonde promised as he found a doctor.

"PLEASE SHE NEEDS HELP!." He cried, the doctor acted on instinct and called in reinforcements, they placed her on a wheeled hospital bed and dragged her off to the room.

Now they wait....

8 hours later

The Bakugous were anxiously waiting for Izumi in the waiting area, Katsuki couldn't help but pace around and mutter curses, "Katsuki, mind explaining how you found... Izumi?." Masura asked, "I-I... Don't know." He stuttered.

"I might assist." A voice said.

They turned their heads to see a lanky skeletal blond man, "Who the fuck are you???." Katsuki growled, "Be respectful you ungrateful brat!!!." Mitsuki scolded.

"I'm Toshinori Yagi, I'm Izumi's caretaker. I take it you have questions?." He explained as he took a seat in front of them, "Nice to meet you Mr. Yagi. A lot actually, can you explain Izumi's situation?." Mitsuki asked nervously

"You see, I was involved with a mission, it had to do with the villains' uprising, young Izumi went missing years ago correct?, turns out she was a victim to the villains experiments due to being quirkless, our objective was to apprehend her and we found her in a illegal weapons auction, we don't know what was the villain's motive but that's beside the point, we're able to fight her off, it wasn't easy to knock her out." he said

"What do you mean???." Mitsuki said worriedly

"Turn outs, Izumi doesn't remember much of her past, we found out the villains had to brainwash her to be their top operative, so her mental state has become more fragile, so the heroes put Izumi under my care until they know it's safe to return her to her mother." He answered,

"You keep Izumi hidden all this time... Why?." Katsuki asked while holding in his anger,

"Izumi has become... dangerous, not just to others but herself as well, she also developed alternate personalities. As Izumi she's under the sweet, kind and caring persona, but as Deku she becomes quiet, withdrawn, and Apathetic towards murder." He explained.

"Deku?, doesn't that mean useless?." Masura asked Katsuki who flinched and looked away, "I don't exactly know young Izumi's past as a child but that's all I have to give as information." he said.

But Mitsuki's motherly instincts knew otherwise as she glanced at her son. "Excuse me." A voice interrupted their conversation, "Are you with the patient; Ms. Midoriya?." The doctor asked, "Yes, I'm her guardian." Toshinori said.

"Well, she has a few broken bones, cuts and bruises but okay nonetheless, so she should be fine to go home, she's currently resting, you can come and see her." He mentioned which gave the Bakugous and Toshinori great relief

Minutes later

Izumi's guests waited patiently for her to wake up, especially Katsuki, later Masura and Toshinori decided to chat some more outside to clarify things leaving mother and son alone with the patient. "Katsuki... I raised you better than this." Mitsuki blurted seriously which caught the blonde off guard,

"What are talking about old hag." he played dumb, "Don't give me that bullshit Katsuki, I know that you know what I'm referring to." she said sternly, she was greeted softly sobbing which surprised her to see her own son break down, "I'm sorry... I didn't mean to." he said as he struggled not to look weak in front of his mother, "If only I was more careful of my actions... maybe she wouldn't be here if I wasn't a douchebag to her." He said with a sad smile.

Mitsuki was shocked and happy that Katsuki opened up and told the truth, she engulfed him in a motherly embrace which he gladly accepted, "At least you finally got it out... Just make it up to her once she recovers." she said.

"I'm sorry too, I should have helped you with your emotions sooner." she said while wiping his tears away, later father and guardian came back from their discussion, "Katsuki?, are you crying?." His father asked worriedly, "NO I'M SWEATING THROUGH MY EYES!!!." The young blonde denied.

The senior Bakugou just chuckled at his son's antics, while Yagi looked confused.

Hours Later

It seems like forever for the greenette to wake up and it was making the guests more anxious, the men were watching a program regarding the USJ attack while Mitsuki was outside the patient's room as she was one the phone with another greenette.

As for Katsuki he was lost in thought as he was seated right beside Izumi, he wanted to memorize every detail on her like her constellation scattered freckles, delicate kissable lips and her rosy glow, but the fast heartbeat from the monitor broke his dazed state as she started to toss and turn in her sleep.

"Izumi???." He called out which caught the attention of the adults, the patient opened her eyes and kicked him in the gut making him wither in pain.

She rose up from her slumber like a madwoman and panicked that she tore off the IV tubes and other important necessities, the adult males took action as Masura held her down gently while Toshinori coaxed her to calm down but she continued to struggle.

Meanwhile

"Don't worry Inko, we'll be back soon.... Yes, use this time to relax and-" -BAM!!!-

Mitsuki shrieked as she saw her husband fly out the door, "C-Call... The nurse." He groaned in pain while struggling to stand up.

Back to the situation on hand

After Izumi threw Masura out of the room, she grabbed one of the IV fluid tubes and tied it around Toshinori's neck, immediately choking him, "Izumi!... P-please..... Stop!." The blonde coughed as blood oozed from the corner of his mouth.

Katsuki was able to suck in his pain and saw Izumi's need to kill, so he tackled her to the ground with him on top and her trapped to the bottom, "IZUMI!!!." Katsuki called out.

"I don't like it here Kacchan..." She cried, it wasn't long the nurses and the doctor came in with the sedatives but Toshinori told them to hold back and watch, making them anxious for the outcome.

Katsuki gasped as he looked down and saw genuine fear on her emerald crested eyes along with tears cascading down her cheeks.

"It's dark and lonely here, I'm afraid that when I wake up.... He'll be there a-and I'll never see you again.... Are you here now?." She whimpered in pain.

Katsuki was shocked, he released her hands and held her face while wiping her tears away, he leaned his forehead against her, "Yes..." He choked a sob.

"I'm here, and I always will be. I'm sorry." He whispered and embraced the female as he was afraid of letting her go.

"I want to go home..."

Hours later

As they arrived at Toshinori's apartment he soon found out that Izumi didn't want to separate with Katsuki at the moment so both parents and guardian decided to let her while the Bakugous sleep in his guest room, "We're sorry to impose you like this." Masura apologized as the blond handed them cups of tea.

"It's alright, Izumi needs all the help she can get, We thought if we keep her hidden till it's safe and recovered, we can return her to you." He said nervously.

"At least Inko can finally be happy once Izumi comes home." Mitsuki sighed happily as the three drank their tea.

"So are you single?." The ash blond female suddenly asked both males to choke or spit out brewed liquid.

With the teens

Katsuki wasn't surprised with Izumi's room, filled with the brim of hero merchandise... 'What a nerd.' He thought with a smile as they both lied in bed.

As he kept staring at her peaceful state he remembered their oath to each other as kids, "We'll be the best heroes ever, and they'll remember the name Wonder Duo." He whispered to her.

"Thank you... Kacchan"

Katsuki's heart skipped a beat as his face was stained with red...

Tomorrow is going to be one hell of a ride.
