This smol child is Rouge Noir but is often called Noir for short. He is a male Bull Terrier mix and is approximately 13 years old in human years, his muzzle is covered in gray hairs from age. He is bitter when you first meet him and to some he comes off arrogant and snappy but once you get to know him he is actually so bitter because he is anxious and distrustful of others. He is wise and full of good advice and enjoys lending a paw to those in need.

Rouge Noir was born in a puppy mill somewhere in the Canadian wilderness where he spent most of his puppy hood. When he was about or near three years old he and his family was rescued by a local SPCA. He lived in the shelter for several years before he was adopted by a police officer and his loving family.

He has a bit of a Canadian accent and loves the colors black and red.

I made this character for a friend who is amazing artist and a great friend.
