(A/N: I don't know the whole script so don't judge me. I also changed it...it's been a while since I've watched Race to the Edge.)

"What is it, bud?" Hiccup asked after his dragon, Toothless raised his head and grumbled.

"I'll tell you what it is. Yak's. Yaks the size of dragons. No, I'll tell you what it is...yaks the size of rats. Yakrats!" Tuff said with an amused smile on his face as he looked around the camp.

"There's no such thing as yaks the size of rats..." Fishlegs said to Astrid who was sitting next to him. "Yakrats, my friend!" Tuff said, popping out between Astrid and Fishlegs.

"And when you hear their call, you know that they're here."

Then, he placed each hand on either side of his mouth. "Rakai annananao, popo" He called into the night before stopping.

"Let that roll around in your head for a while..."

"Tuff, knock it off..." Hiccup broke in with a annoyed face. The blonde man walked over to his place and laid down, placing his head on belch's neck.

"Trolls, demon toes" He murmured. The others went to sleep, Hiccup to. But Astrid, she fake slept and when she knew that everybody was asleep, she crawled over to Hiccup.

"Hiccup?" She whispered and took his hand, shaking it a little. The man stirred and Astrid's heart fluttered. Right after they opened, Astrid smiled and half laid down next to him, leaning her head on his shoulder and wrapping her arms around his stomach.

"Astrid?" Hiccup asked quietly and looked at her. "Sshh, I couldn't sleep. I'm sorry...I just wanted some company, that's all..." She whispered and made herself more comfortable against Hiccup.

The man looked at her with a smile and wrapped one of his arms around the girls shoulders, pulling her closer.

The two just laid there, eyes closed but they couldn't sleep. "Hey Hiccup?" Astrid suddenly asked. "Yes, Astrid?"

"I just want to thank you. I you hadn't done anything three years go, then we wouldn't even be here..."

Hiccup looked at Astrid as she suddenly moved out of his arms and went to the other side of him. After laying down, she placed a hand on his left knee, massaging her fingers over it.

Hiccup closed his eyes and pulled the blonde closer to him. He buried his nose into her hair as he felt her hand travel up an down his knee.

It felt good, Astrid knew that. Because lately, they hadn't stopped to rest at so many place to she knew that his stump arched a little. It always did and it would always do...

But suddenly, Astrid pulled away from Hiccup's knee and turned her attention back to the man. Hiccup pulled away from Astrid and was suddenly caught by surprise.

Astrid smashed her lips against his, their teeth hitting each others clumsily.

However, when Hiccup gasped, Astrid took that opportunity and slid her tongue into his mouth. She moved from her place and wrapped her arms around his neck, placing her legs on either side of Hiccup's waist, straddling him.

But, that didn't continue for to long because someone interrupted.

"Guys?! Really?!"

The two pulled away with a gasp and looked at the person who interrupted them.

Of course, it was Snotlout. (A/N: Hah, though it was Tuffnut? 😆😆 Fail, anyway, back to the story!) The bulky Viking looked at the two with grumpy eyes before covering himself with Hookfang's wing again. "Go and eat each other's faces somewhere else, we're trying to sleep" Came a mumble from under the Monstrous Nightmare.

The two grinned and went to do exactly that...

(A/N: So, I haven't been having great ideas. I would just write one but then it would come out wrong and I had to throw it away.

Anyway, give me Race to the Edge ideas in connection with one episode and I'll see what I can do!)
