The darkness is so silent,
Yet so powerful.
Many dread it,
But I find it magical.

So lonely and isolated,
Even a whisper seems like a shout.
In this darkness,
No one dares to be about.

Nothing but a few stars
By my side.
Yet I feel so powerful,
The world must abide.

The winds start blowing,
And I feel alive.
Everyone is asleep,
While I arise.

I feel like I am,
Breaking the rules,
But it doesn't matter,
Because I make the rules.

Here in the darkness,
No one can stop me.
I feel like I'm rising,
With no one above me.
