Powers and abilities.

Superhuman physical abilities: he has superhuman strength speed agility and endurance, as his endurance helps him endure most damage he takes as his capabilities in his fighting ability allows him to take on most negators, he can also resist air pressure allowing him to survive pressure attacks.

negator ability information: when, he unlocked this power he was able, to use insane levels of strength to where  he can throw powerful, punches and strikes at the opponent doing immense damage causing limbs to go flying, he can even generate powerful shockwaves to send people flying with amounts of pressure. ;if this is awakened he can control the strength of other negators and make it either weaker or stronger and as for the limits when underdeveloped , is  501,another benefit is the negator is it can expand muscle mass granting, more muscle strength at a cost for speed, being slowed down, meaning any limb can be effected  either can expand or not.  

painful healing: as a sub a ability from the strength he feels the pain of the damage he suffered that's trying to recover and heal him so each time, he's suffered injuries, like a lost limb or even lost any other body part it will just heal at the cost of feeling all the pain he's suffered leaving the muscle, revealed as that would cause more pain when he tries fighting with the revealed muscle open.  "the reason, him being able to heal, yet it's painful as his negator ability, allowed him to heal faster at the cost of feeling the worst pain possible depending on what form of pain he's feeling so if he's suffering damage from any illness he'll be in pain to the point he's crippled and needs to rest in order for him to heal"

Weakness: he's weak to internal damage as anything that, can get into his organs can make him, temporarily weaker and, cough up blood, he's also vulnerable to radiation where he'd live but be in agonizing pain forcing him, to be bedridden.; his defenses and durability is not the greatest as he can still take damage.

Drawback: if he doesn't focus too much ,on his physical strength and let himself, become vulnerable he'll feel the same amount of pain a person feels when crippled while alive as it he amount of pain he's taking is from his pain receptors, in the brain focusing on his body, being damaged being in agony, due to how much he can take.

techniques.

tongue stab: he increases his tongue strength, making it like a sharp knife and stabs his opponent in the  head stunning or causing bleeding.

bullet barrage: by acting his physical abilities, he throws a barrage of rocks at the opponent, as the rocks travel at 2,600 mph going through anyone wearing armor causing damage that, could cause bleeding to the, body of the target. 

Finger-Stab: He increases his finger strength, to the strength of that of a blade and impales, the target in the chest causing blood clot. 

pressurized-heat attack: he generates force through his brute strength, to where the pressure is leading to burning someone with the hot pressure which causes the target that's effected to be in pain.

indestructible-Skin: by using his own, "Strength" on his flesh and body he becomes an indestructible wall, to where any projectile and explosive doesn't do much other than tickle his body so anything that hits him wont do anything as all he has, to do is flex his muscles in order to let it happen.

Powerful-Lungs: he breathes, out air from his lungs completely deflecting and redirecting the  projectile back at the opponent causing an explosion, doing immense damage, another way he can use his powerful breath is blowing away buildings destroying them, or sending vehicles flying with just his breath alone, which the vehicles are used as projectiles to harm his opponents. 

augmentation of strength: when he activates, his ability he can make anything even the simplest objects, into something dangerous like the jawbone of a donkey or the spine of a human into a deadly weapon to where this could kill someone. 

Steel wall: he uses, his physical strength to bend a steel object with ease to the point it's a defensive shield capable of blocking any projectile. 

Increase-mental-Strength; when he focuses on his mental strength he, increases his capabilities to  help focus in battle and, not get distracted.

Strengthened-Skeleton: due, to the skeleton being the part of the human body, that generates most strength he strengthens his own skeleton to increase his physical abilities to higher levels to where he can throw more powerful punches and kicks. 

Muscle-mass-Reducing: he can reduce his own muscle mass to help him, control his physical abilities or use it against people to weaken their striking abilities. 

Flexing-Boom: he flexes his muscles, generating power and, creates a shockwave sending people flying breaking the bones of his opponents, as the power he's generating is between 44-120 pounds. 

Pressure-punch: he generates, a large amount of pressure and strength with 50% of his muscle strength and releases a pressurized attack, capable of breaking down buildings and the bones of the opponent as it's a powerful projectile attack.

origin: when his negator, ability developed he had most trouble in life trying to control it as each time he's used it this caused people around him, to lose their limbs due to him being unable to control his strength leading to many people he's known to end up in the hospital as he's hated his powers due to how it's harmed people he likes and has had to keep it under control for a long time.
