Superhuman physical abilities: he's superhumanly strong in nearly all categories,like speed Agility reflexes strength, and endurance.

Suffering Energy: He gains power or controls the pain and, suffering of others. if he feels pain, he'll gain power from any form of pain, as it could grant him a healing factor augment his endurance and, even make it where he can absorb the pain of others he can even fire a concussive blast of pain doing immense damage depending how much pain Adam feels when harmed. 

Pain-Healing: this ability allows him, to heal others by absorbing their pain at the cost, of causing himself, to suffer their pain.

Reverse-Healing: he can undo and, reverse the healing abilities of his targets, causing their healing factors to negate and, become weaker.

Weakness: if he suffers as much pain as he cant handle, like something that can overwhelm his powers or someone with power negation, it will fail and not work as he'll merely be in agonizing pain, but up to 100 where it's every form of pain he's absorbed into his body going into effect.
