Sumo Wrestling skills: he has a skill with sumo, allowing him, to use his Sticky body and Size, to his advantage, which can be used for combat.

Powers and abilities

Amorphous Physiology: Due to the chemical's effect on his biology he's become amorphous and, more malleable with his body,  but also parts of his body are capable of moving to levels no man, can stretch. He could even create spiked Oil constructs or special-bladed Oil weapons.,

Superhuman Physical abilities: he's Physically strong in all physical categories, granting him augmented Biology and Superhuman abilities. He's also gained other Augmentations to his physical abilities like he can leap, to high lengths, he's Extremely agile, etc.

Body-Upgrading: He can modify his own body and, anatomy allowing, him to augment his physical abilities naturally.

Hydrophobic Body: Due to his body being practically, made up of pure Oil he cannot walk or use Any form of water, when in a full oil form. He's in a sense incapable of touching water and, cannot, use it on his body.

Expanded Consciousness: Despite his state, as an Oil Blob LIke nature, he still has his awareness and, can move and understand his surroundings.

Malleable-Oil-Body: Due to the chemicals within the oil that changed his biology, he's gained a more malleable, anatomy allowing him, to shape his body into anything he pleases.

Carbon Dominance: Due to Oil being 85% Carbon, he can manipulate carbon itself and, create different weapons, objects, and even walls with it. This can allow him, to use weapons when needed if Oil isn't enough so he, could even manipulate the carbon in others and take away it and even absorb it. 

technology Dominance: he can manipulate and, control technology like Pumpjacks, as he can do alot with them and even control them, from his body or use small tendrils made up of Oil to manipulate them.

Flat Body; When he becomes flat, he can Slide under doors and even areas you'd never expect.

Oil Energy: This power of his is Energy in the form, of oil, which is used as a projectile attack fused with his other abilities Energy of the Oil is green in color. but it also has a Slimey Feeling while also being stuck on the body and can do more destructive damage to the target once it is Close to fire or more oil as the more oil there is, the more destructive power there is. it's also in a sense like liquid energy as this form of Oil manipulation both has the properties of energy and Oil which allow his body, to become Energized and fire beams/Rays of Oil Energy. he could also manipulate Different Oils and even the purest form, of Oil to the point he can purify people, and use it to baptize or heal others.

Selective-invisibility: To those, who try to break the law, he will become invisible, and grab them.

Absorption: He can absorb anything or anyone, into his body, which his body, has developed, that ability to absorb, people within his body if he chooses two.

Fire Dominance: he can Generate Fire and shape it into strong projectile attacks, that can also be infused into Oil, for strong explosions. the heat he can go up to is 450 Degrees.

Resistant to Pushback and impact.

Elasticity: he can stretch his body parts to long Lengths and even use them for combat. He can even Inflate any part of his body, including his limbs mouth face, He could even make his limbs in a human-like form and stretch like rubber.

Napalm Dominance: he can generate and manipulate, Napalm, allowing him, to fire beams of napalm and do Damage while also creating powerful Explosions..

Gasoline Dominance: He can generate form and shape gasoline, and infuse it with Oil creating destructive blasts of fire.

Oil-Ressurection: If there is any form of oil in the world, he will still come back, as the Oils will come towards where his dead body and, limbs are and Resurrect him. This will allow him, to regrow every human body part including the Organs, etc.

Weakness: he's Vulnerable to Fire and the coldest level temperatures as he either becomes a sticky puddle or, just becomes immobile when frozen. 

Limitations: He's unable to swim in the water due to Oil being Hydrophobic causing the water would either bounce off or just fail, to mix which would do damage.

Origin: Due to chemicals fusing with his skin, body flesh, etc. he's become one with oil and, became a walking threat to the environment he walks on.  

Techniques/Attacks.

Toxic-Gas; he forms toxic gasoline, from his body causing the target, to breathe it in, leading to many health problems, like nose and throat irritation, headaches, dizziness, nausea, vomiting, confusion, and breathing difficulties. this is in a sense, a dangerous ability he has, and if anyone even, tries to stop,it this will increase causing more health problems.

Oil-Bomb; he generates an Oil bomb, that floats within the air, when it touches, his target it will explode.

Choke: he grabs, someone by the throat using Judo, choking the target and, keeping them still.

Oil-teleportation: he can teleport using oil, allowing him, to get through areas.

Oil-transmute; he can turn anyone or anything into Oil.

Oil-Construct creation: he can create oil-themed, constructs allowing him to do damage, This can even be made explosive allowing the user, to burn or incapacitate the victim.

Carbon-Spear; he manipulates the carbon, forming a Black Carbon Spear from his hand and, throws it at high speeds. This weapon can be explosive if heated up as when it impales the target it explodes.

Exploding-oil-Beams: he fires beams of oil, out of his eyes, creating explosions when they hit the target. 

Oil-vision: he fires a beam of Compressed Concussive Oil, from his eyes doing damage.

Oil-Healing: he can Heal those, using the Purest oils healing everything, within the body at the cost of using oil from his body to do so.

Oil-Cutting; he forms a Sharp oil construct, that can cut through almost anything in which he forms claws or a Bladed OIl construct, that can be used for cutting people alive.

Oil-Erasure; he can erase oil from people who use, the same powers against him.

Muting: he mutes, any criminals, he deals with, by having oil, go down their threat and temporarily, cause their vocal cords, to stop them from talking and, only lets them talk when they're thrown into prison.

Sleep-inducement: He has, a special oil he generated, be put on someone's body, causing them to fall asleep.

Oil-Breathe: he fires Oil, from his mouth either sticking the target to the walls or doing damage if it's lit on fire.

Muting: he mutes, his target's mouths through pure oils, causing them, to shut up and not speak.

Oil-Portals: he generates a Portal made up of Pure Oil, which he can go through and use it to help others but for them, it's slimey and Weird. but it's normal for him. 

Oil Golem: He manipulates his own oil, makes it dense and stronger, and shapes it into a golem, made to defend people.

The Oil Dimenison.

The Oil dimension, is a small Pocket dimension, with an Unlimited amount of Oil, that Fredrick, can get from as he's become part of it and, can use it to give himself, more power. he's also able to stay human in this dimension, but it's a bit annoying for people who come here as they either get stuck or, stick to it if Fredrick doesn't control it so he always keeps things in control, within this dimension, and, have the oil be solid but comfortable. the positive for him is he can control everything and, Preserve everything that's in rubber, as food wont go bad but he needs, to also make things work as the limitation is his imagination so if he wants a TV he can, just imagine one and, it will appear right in front of him.
