Okay Sofia, it's game day. I really hope that Lexi's plan finally works with Jayden because I'm tired of him never getting jealous. Why is it that I feel jealous all the time yet he never feels it. It is so not fair.

I'm sitting in physics waiting for the rest of the class to join me, since I'm bored I move our contraption that we made yesterday back to the middle of our table. Then I take out my notebook and pencil. At this point both Bobby and Abby are at the table, the only person missing is Jayden. Good I hope he doesn't show up.

Oh. Just great. It looks like I spoke too soon, guess who just walked through the door. Yup you're right, it's Jayden.

He walks over to our table and sits down next to me without looking in my direction. Great, he definitely thinks I'm weird from yesterday. Way to go Soph.

"So lets just start off from where we ended yesterday... If that's okay... Could one of you put the ball at the top of the track?" Bobby asks, referring to both Jayden and I. So I reach for the ball right when I'm about to grab it Jayden swipes it from underneath my hand and places it at the top of the track. He turns my way and smirks at me. Oh so he's looking at me now? I frown back at him and just go back to taking down the notes for the lab. We finish up, and clean up all our materials and go back to our original seats. I sit down and sigh in relief as Vince comes over.

"Hey Sofia, it feels like it's been forever since I last saw you!" He says as he sits down.

"Vince it's only been a day!" I laugh at him, god I needed that laugh.

"Hm, I guess your right... Well have you decided if your coming to the party tonight?" He asks me with a smile.

"Yeah, I'm going with Roy actually. He asked me yesterday and I decided I would go with him." I shrugged, Vince looks kind of sad for a moment.

Then he smiles and says, "Cool so I will see you there then!" The bell rings and we head out of class. Lexi meets me like usual and we walk to English.

Going through my closet I can't decide what to wear. I could go for a white dress that has an open back, it's kind of lose at the top but ends up really tight at the bottom and shows off my butt, or I could go for a strapless dark purple dress that is tight all the way down and ends shortly after my butt. Maybe I shoul just get started on my hair and ask Lexi when she gets here... Yeah that's what I will do.

After I curl my hair and do my make up Lexi comes walking through my door in a dress that makes her look sexy. Why can't I look like that ever? It's a black dress that shows off some of her cleavage, it is tight and ends right after her butt. "Lexi you look great! But I really need your help, I have no idea which dress to wear..." I walk over to my closet and hold up the purple and white dress.

"Hmm..." She ponders my question for a while and then says, "definitely go for the white one. That way we will contrast one another perfectly." She smiles and then ushers me into my closet to change. "Now hurry up we need to leave pronto!"

I laugh and quickly change into the white dress and grab an over coat so that I don't get too cold at the game. When I get out of the closet I see that Lexi is in a coat too. "Okay, so you're ready to go right?"

"Of course I'm ready!" She laughs "So we are taking my car right, since you're going with Roy after the game?" She asks me.

I sigh, "Yeah I guess so... Let's just leave already..." We walk to her car and drive to the school.

Oh my god, there are practically no parking spots left, I had no idea football games were so popular here. After finally getting a spot we park and start to walk to the field.

We arrive at the gates and we have to pay to get into the game. Lexi drags me to the bleachers and we end up sitting with her friends. They are actually really nice and we talk until the game begins.

Suddenly the band begins to play and our team comes running out from our locker room with the mascot leading the way. We are the Blue Hill Wolves, ironic right? The other team comes running out from their locker room and then both teams huddle and get set up for the kickoff. Before they go out onto the field to start the game a little girl goes out and sings the national anthem. When she's done singing we all clap and cheer, then the game begins. Our team kicks off the ball.

I watch the game and cheer whenever we get the ball or get a touch down and boo when the refs make a bad call or the other team gets a touchdown. Honestly I love football, I find it to be a very interesting sport. By the end of the fourth quarter the score is 47 to 39, we win! The whole crowd is wild with excitement. Our team cheers and runs back into the locker room victoriously.

Lexi turns to me, "Well that was boring I'm glad that it's over!" She says with a sigh.

I look at her in disbelief and say, "No way! That was so much fun Lexi, how do you not enjoy football?"

"Ugh, it's just a bunch of boys chasing after a ball and tackling each other. It's kind of boring, but if it's your thing then I won't criticize it anymore..." She laughs then adds, "I will wait with you until Roy gets out of the locker room, then I will leave and meet you at the party, okay?"

"Sure thing, I can't believe you're making me do this." I sigh. Well I guess it's all worth it in the end... I hope. Lexi leads me down the stairs of the bleachers and we stand near the door of the locker room and wait for Roy to exit.

The door opens and Vince walks out with a couple of his friends, "oh hey Sofia!" He smiles at me and I wave back at him, then notices his sister, "uh hi Lexi."

She frowns, "Hi Vince." I look between the two of them. Why don't they like each other? It confuses me so much...

He walks away with his friends and I turn to Lexi "What is going on between you two?" I ask concerned.

She sighs and says, "It's a long story Soph, but I'm just going to head to my car now since I'm parked so far away, Roy should be out any second so I think you will be fine." She laughs and waves at me, "See you there Sofie!" She turns and walks toward her car.

I wave back at her and say, "See you there..."

I lean against the wall as I wait for Roy to come out. I hear high heels clicking toward me and I look up to see Ashley standing there in an extremely revealing red dress that is so tight on her. I give her a half smile to let her know that I at least acknowledge her existence, but she just scowls at me. A few seconds later the door opens to reveal Roy, Jayden, and a few other football players.

"Hey Sofia" Roy says as he approaches me, he checks me out and I smile back at him, ignoring the nauseating feeling of me having to puke. "You look great tonight." He says and winks at me.

"Thanks Roy, you don't look so bad yourself." I say. I look past Roy really fast to see Jayden giving death glares at Roy. I smirk and then ask, "Are you ready to go?"

"Of course, my car is this way." He wraps his arm around my waist as we walk toward his car. We get into his car and he says, "Sofia I'm really glad you're coming with me tonight, it's going to be a fun time."

I smile at him, "Yeah it will be a great time!" The rest of the ride consist of us listening to music and having small talk.

When we get to the party he shuts his car off and we get out and approach the house. There are already a ton of people here, and the music is blaring already. Once again couples fill every inch of the house, and a lot are grinding it out on the dance floor... Damn I never knew girls could move like that, gross! Roy pulls me onto the dance floor when a good dancing song comes on and he starts to grind with me. As much as I hate this right now, I have to do it.

I spot Lexi coming over to me with a boy and they begin dancing next to us, thank the Lord she is here, now Roy won't try anything. He bends down and whispers in my ear, "I'm going to get a drink do you want one?"

I nod my head and say, "Yeah that would be nice thank you!" He walks off to the kitchen area and gets a drink. When I see him come back into the room I leave the dance floor and grab my drink from him. "Thanks Roy." I smile an take a few huge gulps.

"Damn, looks like someone was thirsty." He says. I laugh at his joke.

"Something like that..." I mumble. I take another sip of my beer. After finishing our drinks we go into the kitchen and Roy somehow manages to convince me to do shots...

After about four I'm starting to get a little dizzy and I know I'm done drinking for the night. Who knew werewolves could get tipsy so fast?

Eventually we settle down in a little room. Roy and I are surrounded by the football team and their dates and we are all just chatting and having a good time. I feel the room spinning but I'm still having fun socializing.

"So Sofia, you want to go dance some more?" Roy asks me.

I think about it for a second but realize my thoughts are completely jumble so I giggle. Wow I'm more drunk than I thought.

"Sure! Dancing sounds nice." I laugh as Roy pulls me up from our seat, i wave to everyone, "Bye guys it was nice meeting you all!" They laugh and say bye as we leave.

Roy drags me around the house. I just follow him aimlessly not even caring where we are going. After all the pack house is freaking huge.

Roy brings me up the stairs and I start giggling, "Isn't the dance floor downstairs silly? We aren't going to be able to dance up here!"

He continues to bring me up the stairs, he laughs and says, "Don't worry Sofia, we will be able to have our own kind of fun up here."

I turn my head to the side slightly and say, "What, are we going to play a fun game like hide and seek?" I ask and laugh really hard, " I love that game! I'm so excited now." I continue my giddy giggles. We make it upstairs and into a room and Roy shuts the door and locks it. I look at him curiously and giggle then say, "What if I wanted to hide in another room silly?"

He strides over to me and pins me against the wall, "Oh Sofia there is no hiding in the game we're about to play." He leans in and begins to kiss my neck.

I begin to sober up a bit, but for some reason things are still foggy. At this moment I start to freak out, "uh Roy I think you need to stop now." He continues to kiss down my neck and I start to struggle and push him away but my muscles are weak from something, "Roy! Stop it now!" I try to push him off me but he's stronger than I am. He stops kissing me and I sigh in relief.

Suddenly I'm thrown onto the bed and he straddles me, holding me in my place. He slowly starts to unbutton his shirt and I struggle even more then I scream. He quickly covers my mouth.

"Sofia this would go a lot more smoothly if you just accepted this."

My eyes started to water as he continues to take his clothes off, he goes down to kiss down my neck again and I realize my struggling is doing nothing. I close my eyes and just wish he would go away.

Suddenly I feel his body weight thrown off of me and I open my eyes. Roy is pinned up against the wall. To my surprise, Jayden is the one holding him there and he looks like he is about to kill him. His eyes are pitch black and he appears full of rage. Oh my god he might just do it. I hop off the bed and run over to Jayden and touch his arm.

"Jayden it's okay, let Roy go." I say, I see Jayden's eyes changes from pitch black to a dark green. Slowly I notice his tense muscles unclench a bit. He releases a deep breath and slowly lets go of Roy.

Roy falls to the ground and quickly runs over to the bed. He quickly grabs his shirt and runs out of the room slamming the door behind him.

Jayden's eyes are still dark and I feel myself being drawn to him. Something inside of me is saying I need to comfort him.

"Breathe Jayden. I'm okay." I say to him in a soothing voice.

He looks at me and I notice his eyes are still an extremely dark green almost black. I look at him shocked, he looks like he's going to kill someone. Suddenly he walks up to me and pulls me into a tight embrace. He rests his head on the section where my shoulder and neck meet, and he inhales my scent. "Sofia, I'm so sorry."

I'm shocked. Did Jayden just apologize to me? "Why are you apologizing?" I ask him.

"For everything. For not being here when you needed me. For just ignoring the fact that you're my mate. For everything Sofia." He says. I lightly push him off of me so he is now looking into my eyes.

"Jayden I'm so thankful that you stopped Roy tonight, and I'm happy to hear your apology but I don't think it's enough." I say. Sadness crosses over his eyes.

"Sofia, I care for you, you have to know that." He says.

I look at him and push him away even more and say, "If you really cared for me Jayden, then as soon as you met me, you would have dumped Ashley and become mine, but instead you just ignored me. You probably just started to care for me because I became pretty and actually tried with my appearance. And honestly if you think that saving me tonight and apologizing is enough to get me to believe that you truly care for me, then think again Alpha." I turn and leave him there. I can't believe that just happened. I walk out of the house and into the woods and shift. What a crazy night.
