In Pokemon Sapphire and Ruby, there are certain Pokemon that only have a 1% chance of being found, such as Surskit or Wailord. 

Surskit may be a crappy Pokemon, but when I found one in Route 102 and realized there is only 1% chance of finding one, you best believe I tried to catch it.
