Journal

Writing down how you feel works a lot. Its like thr journal hears your problems and dont judge and they're there  for support  [weird ikr].
 
    With me it helps. Jounaling your thoughts dont even have a jounal it can be online  (like what i do)and its just as effective in my case.

     It gives us a moment to express ourselves freely and for me [idk about yall] i feel relieve when people here me talk.  It makes me feel as if im not crying for help ,it makes me feel like people actually care even if its not a comment . Just one view is all i need to feel happy. Knowing me i dont express a lot, but doing it through online makes me feel as if i am.

   These are some of the main point and they're many more i just hope everyone feel better by the days and when you feel down 'express' it to someone, even online. Have a good day.
