~Evan's pov~

Today's the day. The day I meet my cru- I MEAN BEST FRIEND! What's been going on with me lately? I've never felt this way towards him before. I get all happy and just feel like everything doesn't matter. He just makes me so happy.

"We are now boarding flight to Florida." The announcer said over a speaker. I grabbed my stuff and head for my gate.

~Jonathan's pov~

Luke and I were waiting in the airport until our flight was called. Then he showed up. My dad. He ran over towards me.

"JUST WHERE IN THE HELL DO YOU THINK YOU'RE GOING!?" He was screaming. Everyone turned to look.

"Why would you care?!" I yelled back at him. Just not as loud.

"YOU'RE NOT GOING ANYWHERE!" He tried to grab my arm, but I pulled away. "Boy, you better come with me right now." He growled at me.

"Or what? You'll take me back so you can just hit me some more?!" I was beginning to fill with anger and rage.

"DON'T TEST ME!!" He stepped closer towards me.

"DO IT!!!" He raised his hand. As he was about to hit me security raced over and tackled him. I looked over at Luke who was just as stunned as I was.

"GET THE FUCK OFF OF ME!!" My dad was screaming and yelling as the cops struggled to keep him still.

"Dude are you okay?" I turned my attention away from my dad to the worried Luke walking my way.

"Yeah I'm fine, but now we missed our flight."

"Yeah, I'll go talk to the lady and ask her what we can do."

"Alright." I watched him walk away as a cop approached me.

"Hello, sir can I talk to you for a minute." I nodded and followed him off to the side where there was less commotion.

"Yes, officer?" I asked as he looked at me with sorry eyes.

"Do you know who that man is?"

"Yes, it's my dad." I looked back over to see him in handcuffs staring at me.

"Do you know why he's here?" I sigh and looked at the cop in front of me.

"Yes, I do. He was trying to keep me here so he could beat me and tell me how worthless I am. I just had to leave." The officer looked and me with and apologetic look.

"I'm sorry. You be careful out there, though." He put a hand on my shoulder and smiled a sad smile.

"Thank you, officer. You have a nice day!" I said with a smile.

"You too!" He smiled back. As he left Luke ran back over.

"Okay, so we won't get there until tomorrow or really early in the morn-" I cut him off.

"I want to take the earliest flight possible." He looked at me and winked.

"You that eager to see Evan aren't you." I felt my face instantly turn red.

"S-shut up." I looked away embarrassed.

Since my flight got delayed because of that asshole I better tell Evan so he doesn't get worried.

Delirious: Hey I won't be there until early in the morning. My dad decided to show up and we were too late for our flight.

Evan: YOU'RE DAD SHOWED UP AT THE AIRPORT?!

Delirious: Yeah he did, but don't worry he's going to jail and I'll be there in the morning

Evan: Okay I can't wait until you get here I'm going to hug the shit out if you

Delirious: Okay bitch ;)

Evan: I love you ;)

Delirious: I love you too ;)

I wanted to giggle at the thought of seeing him on a beach chair without a shirt on saying 'I love you' to me, but he wouldn't like what he sees.

"I'll be back Luke." Luke looked at me and nodded. I ran into the bathroom making sure no one was there.

I looked at myself in the mirror. Disgusted by what I saw. I had a scar going from my eyebrow to my hairline. Why would Evan like me? How could Evan like me? I put my mask back down and left.

Haha I can't sleep so I'm going to work on more chapters and hopefully get some done ahead of time, so I can brainstorm some more on this story.
