Her breath catches in her throat as she sees him walking towards her with his eyes glued to his phone. Her heart drops and she feels her stomach turn violently as he nears. Finally, he looks up and their eyes lock for about 45 seconds and that's all it takes to leave her feigning for his touch again. Wanting to be held by him and have him whisper in her ear that everything is going to be okay. But it isnt. Instead his eyes turn to the ground and never look up again. She's frozen in place as she tries to recollect herself.
