Virginia: Now, this is the Washington monument. If you look really closely, you'll see that the top 2/3 of the memorial are a different color then the bottom third. That's because they run out of money to construct it when it was only 1/3 done, and so when they finally got the money to finish building it, the stones they got were a slightly different color.

Germany: Hm... Interesting...
