Stiff neck and shoulders...
Now, I recently was scrolling through tumblr, and I found something about this. (By awesome artist: sirenfeather on tumblr)
SO IMMA REPEAT WHAT THEY SAID TO HELP YOU ARTIST'S OUT!!!
1. Take breaks!! Be sure to take a break after a good half hour of drawing. Do some stretches!!! Check the mail, do something other than draw for a little bit.
One of the problems for many artists is wrist issues, stiff necks, and back pain. Which sitting at a desk looking down all day can cause (not just for artists, yeah, I'm lookin at you people who are constantly texting....)
2. DO SOME MOTHER F-INF STRETCHES!!!
You don't want any bones getting all out of place and shifty!!!

3. GET A WRIST BRACE!!!
You don't want your wrists to get all messed up from drawing and such. They should cost about $10-$25 USD.
