I stepped out of my shower with a towel around my waist, I walked out feeling a cold breeze in my room as I put a shirt on but I shook it off as I looked for pants.

" Someone had fun" I heard that sweet voice but I turned around nervously as he played with my knife " Didn't I tell you to stay home" he said in a sad tone as he looked up meeting my eyes.

" What do you mean I have been" I said trying to see what he was talking about but I knew I was busted " Evan I know you went out last week the night after I killed those guys in the woods" he spoke putting the knife down " Don't play stupid I saw the cuts they were clean meaning that only a sharp knife can do that" he paused looking back at me " Only my knives can cut that cleanly" he said leaning on the wall.

I shrugged turning around but I soon felt arms around my waist " Don't shrug at me" he whispered and I felt my heart race at his touch, me being the smartass I am shrugged my shoulders again.

I was spun around as he ripped his mask off and kissed me gently pushing me onto the bed, he stared at my chest then crawled over top of me hovering as he searched my eyes.

" Please listen to me" he said softly and my hands snaked around his neck " I was worried after the ball you were gone for a month then you show up to help me but didn't come that night so I looked for you" I said and his eyes softened up.

He rolled us over setting me on his hips as he rubbed my arms " Evan you need to stay home it's safer here things are happening that you don't want to get involved with" he said gently rubbing his thumb over my cheek.

" I don't care if im safe or not I want to be with you I want to feel your hand in mine and listen to your breathing when my head in on your chest and your arms are holding me" I said placing my hands beside his head looking down into his eyes.

" I don't want you hurt and I'm sorry I haven't come sooner I don't want to risk being followed" he said stroking my hair from my face " Then let me help you we can meet somewhere and if your followed I will kill them" I said sternly.

" No I won't risk your life" he said looking away but I pulled his head back to face me " So you care about mine but not yours" I asked waiting for a response but I didn't get one " Have you thought that if you died how hurt I would be I won't live without you" I said cupping his face.

He leaned up fast removing my hands as he grabbed my shoulders " Never hurt yourself no matter what happens to me promise that you will forget, you will move on, you will live" he spoke the last words in a whisper looking into my eyes.

I grabbed his waist pulling our bodies close " I lived alone for years and I found you I don't want to live in a world without you I can wait for you but I won't live without you" I said closing my eyes feeling them sting.

" Look at me" he said in a soft voice so I opened my eyes seeing everything blurry " Im a killer I told you some people aren't meant to find love" his words pierced my heart they hurt me deeper then any cut every could.

" I don't care if you're a killer I am as well and you can send my soul to hell for this but I will not let you throw us away because your scared, I would rather die bleeding out next to you because you're all I want you're the only person I ever want to kiss the only one I want to make me feel the things only you can" I said letting the tears roll down my eyes.

He wrapped his arms around me rubbing my back " If you got hurt I could never look at myself" he whispered and I hugged him tighter " If I get hurt then its my fault I'm not afraid anymore I'm not scared of death because I know I will always be with you" I said burying my face in his neck.

" Delirious I need to ask you something" I said pulling back staring into his red eyes " Why do they want you dead why are you hunted" I asked seeing his eyes sadden " Because im the most ruthless killer and if they bring my head then there is high pay for me" he said looking down and running his thumb over the palm of my hand.

" If anyone touches you I will find them and make them pay for it but if you die then I will make them suffer slowly and once that's over I will close my eyes to join you" I said placing my forehead against his " But no one will ever touch you because for one thing I know you will live, you will live for me, you will survive you always do because you come back to me" I said.

He rolled us over as he hovered over my body " I will always come back to you" he said searching my eyes " Good now don't ever think anything will happen because I know your strong and since I have met you I noticed your soul is stronger now because you want to keep me safe" I said running my fingers through his hair.

" Let's not talk about this anymore you took my pain away let me take yours away" he spoke softly running his hand under my shirt and kissing me softly " I will always calm your mind when you need me to" I spoke as we broke the kiss and his lips found their way to my neck.
