Panel 1.

Front view of Frank as he floats in mid-air in the dark void. His clothes are torn with some blood on them, and his face is bloodied. He's banged up.

Frank: Is this supposed to be Heaven or Hell?

Panel 2.

Frank's POV, his hands are covered in blood.

Frank (off): Where's the angels or demons? God? Satan? Anything?

Panel 3.

Profile on Frank as he looks disappointed.

Frank: *Sigh* I guess my grandfather was right...

Panel 4.

Zoom out to see Frank as a speck in the dark void.

Frank: There is nothing after you die.

Voice (off): That's where you are wrong.

Zoom in on Frank, being scared as he looks over his right shoulder.

Frank: What the--who said that?!

Voice (off): I did.

Panel 2.

Over Frank's shoulder, a white human-shaped smoky entity floating in the dark void. It is human-sized.

Panel 3.

Zoom in on the smoky entity, it has blue slanted eyes, no mouth, and no other features.

Entity: Welcome to Null, mortal.

Panel 4.

Frank is flabbergasted.

Frank: Wh-who are you? Are you God?

Panel 5.

The smoky entity raises its hand in mid-air, expecting its imaginary fingernails.

Entity: My name is Infinity, I am nothing.

Zoom out to see Infinity and Frank as they float in the dark void, facing each other.

Frank: What's that supposed to mean? What are you to God? To Satan?

Infinity: We do not have much time, Fargo.

Panel 2.

Infinity's POV -- Frank has his bloody hands up and out to the entity, being demanding.

Frank: Time for what? You're not answering my questions!

Panel 3.

Infinity tilts its head to the left, eyes narrowed. 

Infinity: This is bigger than your inquiries. I have summoned you about humanity.

Panel 4. 

Profile on Frank as he moves his head forward, curious.

Frank: Humanity? I don't understand.

Panel 5.

Infinity turns its back away from Frank as it looks over its shoulder at him. Frank's in the background.

Infinity: Truth, the truth. What others say about your purpose.

Over Frank's shoulder as Infinity is in the background, still looking over its shoulder.

Infinity: All of you were led to believe to have this... simplistic role.

Panel 2.

Infinity points its finger at Frank/us.

Infinity: But it's a farce! Humanity has a vital role. I have selected you to perform such tasks.

Frank squints his eyes as he raises his shoulders, hands up and out

Frank: Purpose? Tasks? What are you getting at?

Frank's POV -- Infinity spreads its arms as it looks up.

Infinity: Sought after the Four Facets of Life! A nonliving giant, a religious dwelling, oceanic underbelly, and the eye of the sky!

Panel 2.

Rear-view of Infinity as it brings its arms down.

Infinity: For each facet you accomplish, humanity's purpose becomes clearer.

Panel 3.

Profile on Infinity's smoky hand, palm up and open.

Infinity: Once you are done, humanity's true purpose will be revealed.

Panel 4.

Zoom in on Infinity's blue eye.

Infinity: And with your written ability, communicate it to the masses. Make it your magnum opus!

Frank puts his hand on forehead, being confused.

Frank: Hold on a second, none of this makes sense!

Panel 2.

Frank's POV -- Infinity raises its smoky finger up in mid-air, tilting its head to the right. 

Infinity: In due time, Fargo. In due time.

Panel 3.

Profile on Frank as he extends his hand out, being determined.

Frank: Wait, but I need--

Panel 4.

Zoom out to see the rest of the black void turning into a white bright void. Infinity transforms into a black smoky human-shaped entity.

SFX: FWOOOM!

Frank: AAAGH!

Panel 5.

Infinity floats in the now white void, cross-legged, tilting its head as it waves its hand at Frank/us. Infinity's eyes are now red.

Infinity: It is time for you to wake up. Remember well and search for true humanity's purpose.

Panel 1.

INT. HOSPITAL ROOM - EVENING

Bird's eye view on Frank as he lies awake in a hospital bed. His head is wrapped in bandages, his face is a bit red, from the dried blood. The rest of his body is covered in light green blankets. Light green curtains on each side of the bed.

CAP: I'm still alive....

CAP: So, it was a dream all along...

Panel 2.

Profile on Frank as he sits up, his hand on his chin. The green hospital curtain is in the background. He's wearing a light green hospital gown.

CAP: But why did it feel real? What's Infinity to God and Satan?

CAP: What did it mean by the Four Facets of Life?

Panel 3.

Frank closes his eyes.

CAP: All these questions hurt my head. 

CAP: Perhaps, I should worry about them later.

Panel 4.

Frank now lies on his side on the hospital bed, with his eyes closed, resting. The green curtain is in the background.

CAP: Though, I have to admit...

CAP: ...what does that creature mean about our true purpose?
