synopsis.

pyper didn't like games and she was never a fan of them. but that's what her entire life turned into when people started to rot away only to rise again with a hunger for humans. pyper lived an unforgiving life during that time.

she was not at all what the town of Jackson was ready to experience. she was stubborn but smart — foul mouthed with the tendency to swing and ask questions later. she was born into a world that nobody ever asked for, but her parents didn't have the heart to give her up.

before she was alone and casted out into the world of foolishness, pyper had a family. two loving parents that she would've laid her life down for. but she never got the chance to when a hoard of the dead swarmed the entire family and forced them to separate.

pyper was the only person to escape with nothing but her fathers pistole and a kitchen knife to defend herself.

when traveling — a few places were luckier than most. she only got robbed probably three times until she started to fight back — but that led to having blood on her hands. sometimes innocent blood. too much anger swallowed up her heart and chipped away at her once good natured soul piece by piece.

when she arrived to jackson — she was no longer the sweet little girl her parents raised her to be. she was a viper ready to pounce at anybody that caused her problems. she wasn't going to let anything stand in her way of avenging her parents by killing the very deadly things that took their lives.

sooner or later she'll be put in a position that'll either cost her her own life — or the life of the girl she's fallen unconditionally in love with. the truth will start to unravel and the things she's believed she lost will make a return — forcing her to pick a side. but neither side is promised to stay forever.
