"Sean? You doing okay?" Signe asked as she knocked on the door of Jack's recording room.
He's not this quiet ever, Signe mused as she stood outside his door, waiting for him to unlock it and say something.
He never did.
She waited for what felt like hours before knocking harder on the door, pressing her ear against it to listen for any kind of response.
She heard nothing in return.
"Sean!" She yelled, wondering if he was listening to really loud music with headphones on or fell asleep.
Probably the second one, Signe thought in wet amusement.
"Sean!" Signe repeated, growing annoyed that he wasn't answering.
"He said he was recording a video...maybe he's doing a skit outside?" Signe wondered aloud.
She retrieved her phone from her pocket and called his number, disappointed to hear his recorded voice box message play after a couple of rings.
She didn't bother leaving a message, ending the call and beginning to pace around the hall while holding her phone at her side in a death grip.
"Sean this isn't funny!" Signe snapped at his shut recording room door.
She expected him to finally pop out and apologize, yet he still didn't open the door.
"Sean I swear to God if you don't come out know I'm breaking the door down!" Signe warned.
She was met with silence from the other side.
"Fine." She replied curtly before gritting her teeth and going to their basement, rummaging through the tool box before finding a screwdriver and unscrewing the hinges off of the door, causing it to pop off easily.
Signe laid the door down with the hinges and screwdriver in the hallway, storming into the room.
He was nowhere to be seen.
Signe called Felix next, praying that he was there recording a video with him and forgot to tell her.
"What's up?" Felix answered.
"Is Sean there? I can't find him anywhere and I can't get ahold of him." Signe stated hastily.
"No he's not here, I'll try calling him." Felix offered before putting her on hold.
A couple moments later he put her back on, his tone tinged with worry.
"He's in trouble."
"So why the suit?" Jack spoke up, shifting slightly in his chair to get somewhat comfortable.
Jack had no idea what the time was, or if it wad still the same day anymore since he could see nothing but the dark abyss around him and the outline of the ropes keeping him restrained.
"I was getting ready to make a Dark video before I somehow wound up here." Mark explained.
"You think it's the voodoo dolls again?" Jack wondered aloud.
"Probably." Mark replied sourly.
"How's the arm by the way?" Jack added.
"It's good, it's been normal since we got rid of the dolls." Mark shrugged, rubbing his arms tied behind his back against Jack's arms through the small hole in the back of the chair.
Jack jolted in surprise when he felt something vibrate in his pocket, looking down to see that it was his phone alerting him that he was getting a call from Signe, or Whoosh as she was called on his phone.
"You still have your phone?!" Mark asked incredulously.
"Yeah, I can't reach it though." Jack growled in irritation as he tried reaching for the glowing screen to accept the call, only for his fingertips to barely touch the edge of his phone slightly sticking out of his pocket.
Mark grunted as he tried reaching for it as well, but couldn't even reach the phone.
"Damnit!" Jack cursed as the screen turned dark before showing him an alert that he missed a call.
"Don't you have Siri?" Mark interjected quizzically.
"Yeah, and?" Jack countered.
"Have Siri call someone!" Mark instructed.
"Right. Hey Siri, call the police." Jack commanded.
There was a tense moment of silence as Mark and Jack waited for Siri to make the call.
"Siri is unavailable." Siri answered, earning groans of annoyance and anger from the two.
"Wherever we are, we don't have service." Jack mused as his phone shut off again.
His phone screen lit up again shortly after when Felix started calling him.
"Siri answer my phone!" Jack enunciated clearly.
"Searching for and sir my foam." Siri stated as his phone continued vibrating.
"SIRI, JUST ANSWER THE DAMN PHONE!" Jack yelled furiously.
Instantly the phone stopped vibrating, filling Jack and Mark with dread as they waited for something, anything, to happen.
"Hello?" Felix spoke.
"Felix, I don't know where I am, but I'm trapped in a basement with Mark and we need help." Jack explained hastily, tensing up as he heard footsteps thudding above him on the wood floor.
"Yeah right, now where are you? Signe's freaking out." Felix scoffed.
"Dude he's not kidding, we don't know where we are!" Mark chimed in, whispering sharply as the footsteps grew closer to the door behind him.
"Did I just hear Siri?!" The person demanded as they burst in, storming over to them.
"No." Mark replied quickly, sounding casual.
"Who the hell are you?" Felix interjected from the phone.
"No one that you need to worry about." The person answered, taking the phone out of Jack's pocket.
"Have a nice day Felix." The person chuckled before ending the call, taking the phone back with them upstairs.
"So much for that idea." Mark grumbled bitterly.
"At least Felix got the message, he can call for help." Jack replied.
"What if he doesn't believe us?" Mark asked worriedly.
"It's only a matter of time before we find out I guess." Jack sighed, closing his eyes in hopes to fall asleep and wake up from whatever nightmare he was trapped in.
