I finally met up with Kayla she and her new 'boyfriend' came to have a nice 'chat'. This chat ended with me in the hospital and them in jail. I didn't ask for this to happen.

Lya, Josh, and even Dr. Yang came to visit me. No sign of my parents though.

I talked through my feelings with Dr. Yang when she came over and she told me to write about them and I think I'll try it.

'I feel happy that I have Lya and Josh who will come visit me in the hospital or when I'm hurt. I feel sad because my mom nor my father came to visit me. I feel anxious because of the test coming up in math, and the exam in my computer science class. I feel depressed that Kayla, even though she is my ex, she would do anything like this. I feel angry for Kayla being angry. But most of I feel scared of what comes next.'

Wow! That might have actually helped. Therapy could be worse I guess.
