The world Sohalia hails from has been lost within the seas of time. Once well known, now it's just an old oral myth. Issarim, however it is more similar to earth than one would think.

To begin, Issarim is merely another dimension opposite to earth and its universe. They have their own "solar system" which includes three moons, one sun, planets, other lifeforms, and even their own dinosaurs at one point. Everything there is not like the other, humans and monsters alike have different capabilities than those of earth and other dimensions.

For instance, humans have a longer life span reaching up to two centuries instead of to 122 years. There are also different variations of monster species like Faeries and Fairies. Faeries are the kind that possesses magic and wings, while Fairies have neither, but retain their natural beauty. This incurrence happened when they began interacting with humans, causing genetic changes that soon led to a wide population of Fairies instead of the usual Faeries. Fights among the two variations are common; most Faeries aren't fond of humans, while Fairies coexist with them naturally.

In fact most of Issarim's Fairy population migrated to earth where they could escape the prejudice from their Faerie cousins. Currently, 45% of earth's humans are either Fairy of have Fairy genes. This includes models, performers, drug lords, and millionaires. To feel powerful they court humans with extreme wealth or power. In other words they want to live that "Fairytale lifestyle".

Of course, with beautiful creatures come its demons and monsters. It wasn't unusual for the inhabitants of Heaven and Hell to visit this dimension. Issarim was a vacation spot whenever they were travelling to earth. It was a place where Angels and Demon could interact without god or Lucifer dictating their lives. In fact they BOTH have NO POWER here. In this world they're just like everybody else, a regular Joe. Sure, they still have what? Their holy and demonic powers, but none of them can tip Issarim's current balance of good and evil.

Basically, Lucifer can't cause any chaos and God can't well...must I say more? The world lets off a type of energy that weakens non-natives as a defense mechanism. It can't do much to those who ARE native, but it can turn an OP Demon or God into a regular Demon or God with limited abilities. In other words for all you Weaboos out there if Saitama were to visit he would still be able to throw a fierce punch and probably gain some of the other human attributes, but he would just have the power level of John Cena. Arceus? The strength of a LV. 50 Garchomp.

No Mary Sues in that joint! Anyway...

Besides, the descendants of the Moon Wolves and the Solarian Cats making their home on earth there were other species who did as well and blended into human society. These creatures were Dryads, Dwarves, Elves, Fairies, Mermaids, and Orcs. Of course being in a new world comes with adaptation. Mermaids that were once gigantic creatures that inhabited Issarim's skies grew smaller and the extra lung that was used to hold air at high altitudes developed to provide brachial respiration.

The others lived their lives like regular humans. In fact most of us may carry such blood ourselves...

Like the Fairies, those that appear to be human might not be. So far these are the most common races of today.

45% Fairies

15% Dwarves

20% Orcs

10% Elves

6% Dryads

4% Mermaids

I assume it sounds confusing so, imagine the normal high school clique. The pretty, popular, and rich people would be Fairies. The short tempered, daredevil midgets would be Dwarves. The hippies would be Dryads. The smart and intellectual people, including teachers would be Elves.

Mermaids are very hard to spot since they like being alone and have a dislike to humans due to whaling and overfishing. Another reason was due to an incident back in 1942 when German U-boats invaded their territory bringing the fight to their home and harming the ecosystem. Along with Mermaids were Sirens that also made their home with the Mermaids. During World War I and World War II navy soldiers from both the Axis and Allied forces attempted to use Sirens to lure enemy soldiers to their deaths. Sadly, noise cancelling headphones weren't invented yet and each side lost as many soldiers as their enemy did. So, most Sirens were killed on sight or sailors avoided their territories. Most eluded them by drowning out their voices with gunfire. Today the most hated human to Mermaids and Sirens is of course the inventor of Beats.

Orcs lingered towards the African American communities. In fact most Orcs settled in parts of Africa than America where they weren't judged as harshly than when they were in America.

Now back to Issarim...

There are five kingdoms that make up Issarim. Luraunia, which is in the west. Solaria, in the east, opposite to Luraunia. Sapphire Yonder which is ruled by the Jellyfish Princess, Kurage. Her kingdom is one of largest since she governs all of Issarim's vast oceans. The Mythic Gale which is the other largest kingdom since it's basically the sky. It has no known ruler, but it is the domain of the Star Seer and the rest of her kind called the Kemonis. Finally there is Fortune Vale ruled by its citizens and no ruler.

Now Issarim may sound all fine and dandy, but there are dangerous creatures that inhabit it. I'm talking lions, tigers, and bears bad or in this case it would be Grendels, Taurens, and Behemoths! Oh my!

Ok. That was a bad pun. Basically what I'm saying is that Issarim has its own dangerous wildlife that very from place to place.
