Bosses who have walked from university or a 'respectable' job and into a position of status ruling over people who's jobs they can't do.

Yes, this is a fact of life, it's bound to happen, we can't have or know it all and said people aren't automatically a problem.

However...

Who else had that know-it-all who walks around with an instruction book on methods of managing staff & business - referances back to the manual.

That out-of-touch boss who'll chat to the staff about what's in the book, yet take no interest in any response in the conversation.

Or workplace issues.

Or suggestions from us running the place?
