Special - 'Those' who lack experience
Take the title and slot the word 'life' after 'lack' and before 'experience'...
Another tale of being answerable to someone who's been handed a job...
A fresh of of Uni' 22 year old relitive of the boss who apparently doesn't have a care in the word, perfect health, a know-it-all mentality & ignorance that won't be challenged becomes your manager.
Though lets not be discrimintory; so what if she's young, idealistic & headstrong, she could be the idealistic boss of modern times? She could be good?
She's a mananger who requires all staff to be on social newtworking sites as it's 'easier for her to keep in touch' (yeah, and the rest).
Posts job adverts on social media, has a good look at profiles of those who reach out.
Can't or won't chip in with the workload inspite of always being around.
Excludes whole demegraphics of potential new employee's; 'parents will moan about working 'X' hours' and people over 30 are too old and will moan about being tired' - yet seems oblivious to the fact that these are common occurances in the present.
She's one who knows nothing about medical conditions and has no drive in finding out, yet belives that she can identify a hangover over the phone, using the day of the week as a basis of evidence, also belives that if you look fine or were fine yesterday, you're fine.
A power tripper who screams others into submission, sulks, locks door and gets on the blower to rant...
Upsetting the Princess means you have to explain yourself to the actual boss.
*Not my account but that of a loved one*
