Another shift work struggles entry.

Whether it's strenuous manual labour or hours staring at a screen, I'm sure many would agree that the need to get out, get a bit of fresh air, sleep, eat and focus your mind on other things is important.

The above will hopefully charge your batteries for tomorrow.

Now let's try and get technical - if a day is 24hours, yet we have 'day and night' to divide 'day' in two, would it not make sense that giving someone at least 12 - 24 hours to "call it a day" and rest up?
